I would add: Language: French (He was one of the few members of the Paris version of Justice League Europe to speak it) and the Traveler skill enhancer with a couple AK (in his solo stories he was always on the road...).

You've used both Chasseresse and Chasseuse in your post... I find that Chasseresse sounds better.
Also, while Giselle is used, the usual French spelling is Gisèle.

In french, sword (épée) use the feminine gender, so in this case the literal translation of Soulburner would be Brûleuse d'âmes.
