I'd let a skilled player in an experienced group use EDM for this but I would not let them reduce the End cost. In a less experienced group I'd encourage a side effect on the power so everyone involved shared the memory of what happened as well but only the character using it would still suffer the effects of the "rewound" time. I'd also change the power to be 12 seconds and insist it can only be used on segment 12 to reduce the book keeping needed for everyone involved.

Now to clarify to make the list the character must a) be superhuman (MONK would be the lowest version of Super I'd consider since if he did exist he'd be in some kind of institution not doing consulting work for the PD) Be primarily a TV character (it's okay if they made it to comics or movies later but they need to have an origin in TV) c) be Live Action (there would be too many if we included animated characters) So far I've thought of these Streethawk Starman Automan Knight Rider The Greatest American Hero the Sentinal Manimal Monk Nightman Mutant X (only because they technicaly didn't take any actual X-Men characters) anybody else?

I'd do it with the sticky advantage but the specifics are going to depend on how "effective/dangerous" you want fire arrows to be. Activation roll and side effects would help disuade their use for instance.

Husky will delight in the challenge of brawling with himself and whichever version wins will return to the lab and transform themselves and then their alternate into Kenneth. The two Kenneths would rationalize the best course of action (depending on what world they are in) and probably either team up or decide sending everyone home would be the best course of action.

A local scientist has asked your team to supervise an experiment with a new power source he fears superviallains may try to steal. During the experiment the device explodes and when the smoke clears you see your team has doubled but everyone is wearing darker colors and all the males have sinister goatees. How do you stop your evil self? Follow up: What if you're the ones who are in the alternate dimension?

Husky don't play that. It's brawling time even if he can't win he'll believe he can.

Husky will be outraged that Kenneth built a Huskibot at first but then think "cool I can team up with the real me and the best part is I won't ever have to change into Kenneth. Maybe I can get Kenneth to build more of me." Then he'd lumber off to find Kenneth and get repaired.

Husky will try to take the bullet by grabbing the gun. If the kitten is hurt he'll beat the guy until KO'd letting him know he should feel lucky he didn't try that with a dog.

It might takes days of research to do it but Kenneth would figure out a way to teleport the prisoner to safety for interrogation without releasing the other prisoners. If time was shorter then Kenneth would plan on having Husky bust/sneak in and liberate the prisoner with an ingenius complex plan. Husky however would disregard the plan and liberate the villain the fastest most direct way availiable to him intending to subdue the other escapeees later.

Well if he won't tell Husky why he's doing it then Husky will simply kick his butt and feel no remorse for his decision. Kenneth will agonize over the event for days and try to figure out some kind of moitoring system to aid fellow supers in the future.

Depending on the Vilain Husky would remind them he'll need to take them to jail now or tell them they can go free this time and/or offer to let them team up if they've changedtheir ways. Whenever Husky changes back into Kenneth, Kenneth's mind will race as he deals with: (a) elation at having sex ( contemplating the villain's attraction to a hulking furry beast man © what the odds are of conception and what effect the Husky form has on his sperm (d) elation at having sex the whole superviallain thing will be at the very back of his mind.

Husky would toss the guy as far from the train as possible (probably toward the ocean) and then pursue him to perform more detailed butt kicking until/unless the explosives interupt that plan. If the bomb isn't actually on the guy then Husky would stop the train and try to evacuate it as soon as possible. If the bomb is located change into Kenneth and disarm it.

Husky wouldn't care about the art so he'd grudgingly change into Kenneth so Kenneth could "simulate" the bank transfer and figure out where to catch the guy then change back into Husky for some butt kicking. If Hostages start geting hurt though Husky will throw himself on the exploding bad guy hoping to protect the hostages. Husky can survive most explosions.

Husky and Kenneth both have a stunted and immature concept of love so if it's Husky's love then the villain is apparently one of many famous lingerie models and he'll hit on them while "hitting" them. If it's Kenneth's idea of love then the villain is probably a vapid highschool cheerleader and in his secret ID he'd probably try to figure out how she got powers and then awkwardly try to approach her as an equal trying to sound like they have something in common but never revealing what ultimately resulting in annoying the girl most likely.

Since Husky claims to be an alien publicly and his true form Kenneth Clarke is still in High School where he is ridiculed and shunned. I'll assume this must be someone he saved in the past. Husky will happily do as requested and try to make the agent a future Contact.

Husky would try to subdue the weakest team member and take them home to Kenneth's lab. After chaning back into Kenneth he'd then use his science to figure out what was going on.

Husky would be torn but most likely he'd realize he actually needed Kenneth's help so he'd transform. Kenneth would then try to calculate if he should try to change history (or if maybe he already helped in the past) and do as his science indicates he should/did. If a fight is coming up he'll change back into Husky otherwise he'll need to find a safe place to wait for history to unfold before building a time machine to return to the future.

Husky would see if he'd like a beer and then stay close to see if a butt kicking is in order. After changing back into Kenneth there would be the standard battery of tests to see if there is mind control in effect.

Husky would swing around the city looking for excitement and if he found none he'd change back into Kenneth out of boredom. Kenneth would then run a series of tests and try to figure out what's going on checking for mind control or maybe even to see if he's being tricked by a complex illusion.

Husky would welcome them home and ask if they'd like a beer. Kenneth would try to do some subtle tests to figure out what happened.

Husky would offer to look over the robot in his hidden fortress of Huskitude (actually Kenneth's secret basement laboratory) but if they declined he'd just walk away saying he can't use "inferioir Earth based technology" to study the robot effectively. After Husky turned back into Kenneth, Kenneth would examine the robot in his lab or if he couldn't take the robot he'd make a portable diagnostic tool for Husky to collect data with and bring back to the lab for analysis. Husky may or may not decide it's worth the trouble depending on how cute the tech is.

Well since Husky doesn't use the computer it must be Kenneth stting in his lab he'd probably trace the origin of the message and then transform into Husky to see about rallying some aid to do some butt kicking.

The response is going to depend on which arch villain it is. If it's an alien Husky will lie through his pearly white teeth about a bad reaction to the earth chemicals. Otherwise Husky will explain what he saw and trust the authorities to find the cause (after he changes back into Kenneth, Kenneth will analyze what happened very quickly and change back into Husky, Husky will then go kick the butt of the real culprits.

Husky would assume he's faking it and continue to brawl with the other bricks.
