Hombre Numero Uno, the heavily muscled, scar covered, Dia de los Muertos themed luchadore mask wearing man is a mystery. Rumors abound that his father attempted to toughen him up at age 6 by entering him in dog fights and that he killed his first man at age 9 and hides his face because it was scarred by acid or fire. Rumors aside, the fact is that he is one of the world's most deadly combatants whether it is in the kill or be killed world of underground fighting or as a mercenary for the cartels, criminal organizations and supervillains. Seemingly impervious to pain he is unrelenting and brutally efficient. He however hides something from his teammates. The last several years he has been plagued by PTSD and has horrible nightmares and hallucinations of his past victims. He took this job in the hopes of the overwhelming odds would force him to face and overcome his fears, but as the final battle looms he is barely able to hide his condition and fears this fight will be his last.

steriaca got a reaction from Commoner1 in What is a good starting CP value in general and for these enemies especially?
I suggest adding to the "required" books Hero System Martial Arts. Having a nice number or pre-built martial arts styles, both real and fake, and a system for creating more makes the book a book not to game without.

You should also have both Advance System books, which of course are not mandatory at all, but are interesting stuff to look over in your spare time. Especially when you want to do things like take possession of others or stop time ("Za Worldoh!").

A few adventures to slip between your original adventures are good.

I'm assuming you have all three Champions Villain Volumes. Tiger has some nice Forgotten Enemies books that I recommend. And his Terror Inc. stuff and the recent Los Assinasos book (redoing the classic villain team from the BBB for 6ed).

    And welcome to the board.

Invizor is a taunting male hunter who can become invisible. The prey he views as worth he turns visible to attack and kill. But he only becomes visible when they are alone.

New Team: The Savage Seven are the most violent group of seven supervillains ever. They are savage, but not psychotic, and they are for hire. A small town south of the border hired them to protect the town and it's citizens from a powerful supervillain team with smaller numbers. Who are these seven? Note: not all of them are going to survive the fight.

(The Salvage Seven is the supervillain equivalent of the Magnificent Seven.)

Wonder how many anime references you can slip past your players. Like calling Onigiri "jelly donuts". Or a lesbian couple as " cousins". Or something up Hero Shrew's ally, "talents".

    Hmmm...  Foxbat plans...

I've had him break into the Federal Reserve, with the goal of removing several million dollars worth of actual money and replacing it with Foxbat-Bucks (dollars with his picture, and those of the members of Foxbat Force, in place of the presidents - oh, and In Foxbat We Trust emblazoned on them).  As a distraction / attempt to keep PRIMUS and heroes away, he created a force dome over that section of the city and caused it to snow inside -- effectively creating a giant snowglobe.

Not exactly grandiose, but he's stolen the Batmobile and costumes / props from the 1960s Batman TV show, and then tried to kidnap Adam West and Burt Ward (using his Costumatron - Instant Change usable against others - to put them into said stolen costumes).  The epic parts of this were that (1) he also had a Photonic Optical Waveform (POW) generator, which generated holograms of "POW!"  "BAM!"  "CRASH!" etc. at appropriate points during combat, and (2) the PC heroes dressed up as the villains from the TV show before fighting Foxbat and friends.

I always liked the idea someone posted on these boards, of Foxbat using an anti-gravity generator to lift (I think) a convention center way up in the air, while a Flat Earthers convention was taking place, to show them the curvature of the Earth and prove it's spherical.)

Sunburn: Well, as a former teenage superhero turned superhero expert at SNN, he has a few more options than the new guys. While in Milwaukee, he enjoys the old Metaguard HQ inside Horizon Tower. They have a few hi-end restaurants inside Horizon, then the Metaguard museum inside it.

...and he still has his old bedroom inside which he can teleport into.

Paradox Timely: Well, when she is on the job, she doesn't really have much of a say when she has down time (time travel and that), but she is the type to mix business and pleasure. Back in her home time, she knows a multitude of bars, restaurants, pleasure hotels and brothels from Earth to Tau Ceti. But her work load rarely allows for such diligence (On purpose by Chief Mainline. The more busy she is, the less likely he is to hear about her getting in a five way with an intelligent squidoid, a crystalline alien, a horseoid, and a robotic being named Ralf).

Umasora Saotome: The future daughter of Ranma Saotome and Akane Tendo, who not only traveled through time but to a dimension where her parents are fictional characters in a manga/anime series relaxes by doing homework, cooking (she takes after her father cooking wise, thank God), practicing the art, and going to various teen events. She expects a wild, weird composition to break out at a moment's notice, but is usually disappointed (not every place is Nermia Japan).

Note: I haven't had the pleasure of running any of the three in an actual campaign (and in fact, I have yet to write Umasora up). The exception was Sunburn as a teenage superhero, and to relax we go to Santuary (4th edition version).

Only slightly unfair. Basically to make it fair, make an NPC mention the insidious nature of weeds, and give them an INT roll to remember it. Then it is up to them to act upon it.

Subject 2148 had escaped the painful experiments and cruel scientists of the Kobayashi Institute, but the security team was hot on his trail. He attempted to hide in a junkyard, but as his pursuers closed in he closed his eyes and wished for a friend to help protect and save him. When he opened his eyes that friend stood before him. The Janku Kyojin(Junk Giant), as this manifestation of Subject 2148's abilities would be dubbed by the Institute, easily dispatched the security team. Subject 2148 and his new friend escaped into the night. Thus was the beginning of their adventures together.

Great group Doc. Do you have a nice list of "they also served the crown" superheroes to plant into news stories?

Also...one wonders about a nice old portly gentleman who goes by the name of Mycroff, and his brother Sherlock.

Finally, I give you the approval to use my character The Blue Knight as one of the "they also serve the crown" characters to list. He is basically an archeologist with a suit of magical blue armor which makes him a basic brick.

But forget the fact that old police Cavalier armor will fall into criminal hands (As the police get hand me downs from the military when they get new armor, the old police armor discarded will most certainly be salvaged and adapted for crime. Not counting criminals outright stealing the armor from the police and military).

In other words, don't count on hi-tech to reduce the arms race between the police and criminals. Brickbusters (bullets designed to harm armored supers), stuners (bullets designed to release an electric charge when hit, along with penetration) are two examples of tech designed to harm supers.

And I expect this world to develop weapons with a similar idea.

GRG are free to use "brickbusters" in the product. It is basically a KA with Armor Piercing, Penetrating, and Negate Reduction on it. No bouncing off these bullets Superman.

Holy Striker strongly believes that her piety and her strong training in various martial arts forms makes her entire body a holy weapon. Add to that the training in an Indian martial arts named Hammon, which channels sunlight into her body, which God has lead her to learn from the ignorant blasphemers who developed it, and she should be invincible. She plans to use said art to show the non-whites the errors of there ways.

But first she needs to prove herself. If her first can turn the undead to dust, then demons should be a piece of cake, right?

Leo Winsor is the heroic Griffen Ramped, protector of the realm of England. He is a standard brick type. As long as he is on English soil, he cannot be permanently killed (Regeneration with Resurrection adder, can be negated by removing his mystical link to England). Note: he lines his boots with dirt from home, so just taking him from England will not kill him unless you remove the dirt.

On the other side of the equation is his evil twin brother, Lobo Winsor. He is the crime lord Lord Griffin and has the exact same powers as his twin. Neither twin goes masked. Leo is a national hero, while his brother kills everyone who discovers who he is and does not work for his villainous agency.

Note: it is up to the GM if there really is a twin brother, or a split personality, or if it is a Sentery/Void thing.

Frankie "The Face" Giordano was a capo in the Trafficante crime family. Stalker and Lady Midnight were given a contract by a rival family and proceeded to slaughter the entire crew. However Lady Midnight was somewhat taken by Frankie's handsome features and did not completely drawn him of life. Thus Frankie was transformed into a vampire himself. Waking in the morgue and quickly slating his new thirst on an unfortunate attendant he soon adapted to his condition. He has embraced his new power as a major player in the criminal underworld and he considers himself the leader of the Victims under his new moniker Frankie Fangs.

Their wedding at the Prism Palace was the most celebrated occasion in the kingdoms history, but then tragedy struck.
