It's a weird world, isn't it? AC/DC on commercials, Ozzy in stadiums. I watched two tv shows last week that each used War Pigs during their episodes. I don't even have to make an effort to be nostalgic... the world is making an effort to imbue me with it.

The "No gift" policy in the family alleviates most of the holiday suffering. So I think the only reason I have a problem with Christmas "creep" is the music. Holiday music is, in general, pretty f'n bad! Then you go and substitute holiday sale lyrics for the existing ones. And having to listen to it for longer and longer every year... sheesh.
