Michael Hopcroft
Peter Frampton had almost unlimited potential as a guitarist, but then fame and misguided publicity (such as that open shirt) started to get in the way. The final straw was accepting the lead role in the movie of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band -- the same disaster that wrecked the equally-gifted Bee Gees. I imagine that, like the Bee Gees, he was compelled to do it by his label RSO (which produced the film). Whether he resented the project the way the Bee Gees did I don't know, but I do know that his appearance there ruined his career and took him from celebrity to pariah in a little under six months. Ternaugh
Jolly Roger Phone Company recordings. Basically, a bot wastes the time of phone scammers and telemarketers. Some of them are tuned for specific types, like this one for a Nigerian 419 scammer (which runs for about 18 minutes). Cancer

Michael Hopcroft
This has been a massive earworm lately, sand the video is an extended display of video-game physics at its finest. If there is a way to get just the song without the endless loop effect, I'm open to finding it. every recording I've found online has the issue. Also, oversexualized much? Michael Hopcroft
Saw an awe-inspiring and terrifying performance of Faust last night. There are obviously no videos of this particular production, but this is one of the most famous choral numbers -- the Soldier's Chorus from Act IV.
