casualplayer
Re: Order of the Stick Hey V' date=' remind me which species is bad at spotting secret doors?[/quote'] I actually thought that was some awesome role-playing/interpretation of a crappy die roll to use V's distress as a contributing factor of hir walking right into something that should have been easily avoided. Christopher
Re: Order of the Stick Let's get back to the comic: At least we now know that V is still alive. Propably really low on HP. So low that the first d6 of falling damage (wich is afaik always stun only in D&D) got him/her/it into the negative stun. But, not X for eyes and no floating red HP numbers with a minus sign. SteveZilla
Re: Order of the Stick Likely. But that is (was?) painting with a wide brush. IMO, their main beef was not just with Lawful Good, but that the Azure Paladins apparently took being Lawful Good to a whole new level. SteveZilla
Re: Order of the Stick Even without being Miko, being a Paladin places additional "rules" upon the character's behavior that is in addition to those imposed just by being Lawful Good. Christopher
Re: Order of the Stick Would Speak With Dead work if the souls were obliterated? I wouldn't think so... Afaik, nobody said anything about the spell obliberating the targets soul. And if I remember the "Speak with Dead" right, it does not affect the soul at all. It takes the memory from the Brain without even touching the soul. Of course, in this campaign it might work differntly as Redclaok once had to cast it and told Xykon it would "violate" that goblins soul. SteveZilla
Re: Order of the Stick Does Speak With Dead force the target to tell the truth to the best of its understanding? If so, that could be the 'violation' Redcloak was referring to...
