Re: Top 10 Action Hero One-Liners

I'm angry. I'm very angry, Ralph. You know, you can [edit] my wife if she wants you to. You can lounge around here on her sofa, in her ex-husband's dead-tech, post-modernistic bulls**t house if you want to. But you do not get to watch my f***ing television set!

Re: Top 10 Action Hero One-Liners

It's a sad old world when people have to look this one up. Of course, I've probably seen this movie a jillion times.

Keith "excellent swordplay" Curtis

Not to mention that the original statement can be seen as somewhat ironic,

given that there have been accusations that Errol Flynn was a bit too

chummy with some folks who were reputed Nazi sympathizers...As

mentioned in the book "A Man Called Intrepid" (I believe)...No real proof

but ironic non-the-less.

"Sure, I've killed women and children. I've killed anything that walked or crawled at one time or 'nother. And now I'm here to kill you, Little Bill, for what you done to my friend."

Unforgiven

Henchman: "You're not going to kill that kid, are you Frank ?"

Frank: "I am now that you called me by name..."

--Once Upon A Time In The West--

(with Henry Fonda as the evil villain "Frank" (fixed name

and thanks to Sundog and Susano for the name correction.))

Henchman: "You're not going to kill that kid, are you Jim ?"

Jim: "I am now that you called me by name..."

--Once Upon A Time In The West--

(with Henry Fonda as the evil villain "Jim" (tho' I might be

getting the character name wrong....))

I think it was "Frank", actually.

[quote=telemachus;1315772"I'm your huckleberry"- Doc Holliday, Tombstone

(If you haven't seen Tombstone, this might not see like much of a one-liner. Taken in context, however, it's actually kinda spooky)

Val Kilmer says the word "hucklebearer," which is synonymous with "pall bearer." Makes a bit more sense, no?
