The Fantastik Four

Pelted with cosmic rays while they were cleaning the International Space station, the Fantastic Four is led by Mr. Fantastic.

Mr. Fantastik, who has the ability to create copious amounts of multipurpose cleaner in a fine spray, and whose body has the powers of paper towels, enabling him to clean up after himself.

The Inedible Girl, with the powers of being completely inedible (invulnerability plus a high-point damage shield triggered by being engulfed). She is also able to

The Human Stove, able to cook things with his bare hands! (flame powers, different areas of interest).

The ever-lovin' blue-eyed Thong. The less said, the better. :D

The Amazing Spidermonkey

While touring the Museum of Mostly-Natural History and Petting Zoo on a high-school field trip, Parker Peters is bitten my a radioactive spider monkey, giving him incredible agility, proportional strength, and the ability to fling poo with amazing accuracy, although he is reluctant to use this latter power as there just isn't enough Purell in the world to make that seem like a good idea.

Batt-Man

Wayne Bruce was picked-on and beaten up regularly in school, which only ended when he was a junior in high school when he finally shot up from 5'3" to 6'3". It wasn't until he was a Senior that he realized that perhaps he was now in a position to do something about bullying. During College he studied Martial Arts, Philosophy, and human behavior so as to be better able to deal with bullies, hopefully by talking sense to them in a way that they understood.

Suffering injury he first time he tried to intervene in a violent situation, Wayne realized he needed some form of armor. As Wayne isn't a multimillionaire (what we used to say when "billionaire" was only a theoretical concept), he obtained help from various sources in the low-powered supers community, and obtained a padded suit filled with a high-tech temperature-stabilizing fiber with superb energy-damping qualities.

Re: And Now for Something Slightly Different: Mis-Spelled and Reimagined Supers

The Sceptre is a maybe-living-maybe-not entity that doubles as the Scepter with the Cross, one of the British crown jewels. His powers are mystical, not well elucidated, and seem to be nearly infinite as long as he is within the limits of the old British Empire. At times he has to be physically present as the bejeweled sceptre in the hands of the Queen, but when merely on display in a case, he leaves a persistent illusion behind. Eternally keeping a stiff upper lip, those who see his humanoid form may judge him to be a perpetually grim sort, missing the quirky dry humor that shows through at the expense of Frenchmen, North Americans, people who are afraid of the dark, since (as he says) the sun never sets on him.

Iron Man, Iron Man.

Does whatever an iron can.

Presses shirts, squashes pants,

Puts the crease in your pants.

Look out, here comes the Iron Man.
