  3. Re: Multiple Attack and DCV bonuses This beggars the question - how the heck do you get DCV that works when your helpless (situations when you are usually at 0 DCV)?
  4. Re: what is appropriate for "spell" or "weapon-based" powers Consodering the fantasy genre, he should also be able to use it with weapons taken from defeated enemies
  5. Re: what is appropriate for "spell" or "weapon-based" powers I haven't decided about the others but -1/2 OIF weapon of opportunity (or maybe -3/4 if it only affects weapons of a specific type)

  8. Re: I remember when you could stop a train But a lot of the strain of decelleration was taken up by the elastic webbing (its like the difference between jumping off a bridge attached by a rope, and jumping off attached by a bunji
  9. Re: What do you think of Endurance Reserve in 6E? Suggestion - rejigging END battery to work like charges - so for the same price of 16 charges, you have enough END in a power specific battery for your (attack) power to go for 8 attacks (or your continuous power to last for 8 phases at full power). You can give your multipower base this advantage/limitation and all slots in the multipower can share this END pool. well, comments anyone?

  12. Re: I remember when you could stop a train All you need to stop a train is a leaf on the tracks
  13. Re: What value to limit additional Strength only for lifting and determining Encumbra humans (characters) are adaptable individuals, some limitations can be adapted to better than others, and are thus worth less as a limitation that you might think so the function 'X' = A hence 'NOT X' = (1 - A) does not always hold
  14. Re: I remember when you could stop a train It would probably be safer to stop a train from the back
