Yet President Biden's approval rating isn't high. Why is that? I know a few people who said they don't dislike Pres. Biden, but there's nothing that draws them to him. I think his administration needs to showcase his accomplishments more aggressively.
Good political news rarely makes the headlines, and some news organisations are a bit dirty on how pro-union he is

Metropolis u]is supposed to be in Delaware. Gotham City is supposed to be in New Jersey

I would have any power that functionality based on Special Effect, Like NND and Desolidification, we should cost them like a Variable Special Effect

I don't see why Damage Negation (or Reduction) affects AVLDs or NNDs because once it is no longer being defended by PD or ED how is it Physical or Energy? there could be versions of the defenses that basically cover all damage, but not the ones i see in the book.

Well deserved. It's really underreported what a miracle the mRNA vaccines were. IIRC the tech had just been approved for human trials when covid hit. Without it we'd have had to wait at least another six months for a vaccine, and even then it might not have worked as well.
and would need another 6 moths as each significant variant appeared.

I would however caution using this method (in general) as allowing characters and players to create spells on the fly can slow down combat immensely.

The system is not built on verisimilitude.
This is something that will alienate the newcomer

STR and HKA (Phys) share an overarching special affect "Physical" this contains the everyday experience that if you apply STR to a sharp object it will do more damage. taking that away may be more 'balanced' but costs verisimilitude

not to be confused with equine nox
which is Horse Night

if that 5 is supposed to be d6-1, then shouldn't the total be 25 STUN? (1+6+4+6+4+(5-1))

That is kind of what the rules eventually ended up being, but even that is a mess: why is HTA 3 points, or 5 with a ½ limitation? How on earth does that add up?
HKA: 5 points per damage class, applies damage, and adds STR to damage.RKA: 5 points per damage class, applies damage at range.
Why doesn't this work the same for HTA? Why the cost break??
because STR is underpriced

even if Superman is vulnerable to magic, other flying bricks aren't. like Shazam (DC's Captain Marvel). Ar4agorn would have trouble dealing with him even with magical weapons
