Hey Steve I'm working on a monster that is known for swallowing people whole. I was thinking of using entangle to represent this with various advantages and limitations added. Would this be a legal use of entangle?

Working on a resurrection spell that not only brings a target to life but makes them slavishly loyal. The resurrection part is easy, so to the question. I was thinking that instead of a Mind Control I'd use Transformation Attack, transform into slavishly devoted. Is this a legal use of Transformation attack? Could one use a TA, transform a dead body into a living, slavishly devoted whatever race they may be, by itself?

An Example of my previous question. Chaos magic spells have a side effect to them. If you create spell that causes a area where any spell cast become more or less a chaos spell and thus automatically have the side effect attached to it. I was thinking of using change environment, was wondering if it's legal. I'm guessing no based on your previous answer If you use a transformation, I would assume, in this example, your saying the magic user is transformed into a chaos mage while in the area of effect. For spell purposes only, that is.

Is it legal to use Change Environment to cause targets to gain a side effect on a set type of powers, say when a magic spell is cast?

Working on a spell the deflects incoming attacks. Is it legal to basically make a damage shield? If so, is there anything illegal in a shield that only face a set direction or say a 60 degree arc?

Re: The villain Nitro I had a villain that was a lot like that at one time. All the players always had high PD/EDs, this was back during the original champions days. Even the Egoist, Martial Artist, didn't matter what they did. So I had a guy with dimensional teleportation, one dimension matter the other anti-matter, I made it a large HKA, Ap explosion. Using him, and a all women group, they figured thing out. All women group was because they all loved the disadvantage won't fight/harm a women, they considered it a free disadvantage, should have seen the look on their face when the had to face nothing but

I was wondering something. The spine on my HSRB Vol 1 is already pulling away from the spine. I've had this book less than 6 months and haven't used it all that much, I think. I have a VOL 2 that I bought at the same time and is showing no separation ant all. Is this a problem others had have or did I just get a bad one by the luck of the draw. Is it because of the thickness of the book? Just wondering

Re: Buying flight as running Some speedster use flight must touch surface to represent running up a building or across water. Haven't looked over Defenders stats for 6th so I'm not sure on the reasioning for him one way or the other.

Re: snow board For the flight its going to depend on how you "see" him using it. If you want him to move along the ground or up the side of buildings and such by "Flight with the limitation must touch a surface(-1/2). The hard to knockback is relatively easy, by him knockback resistance only when on his board or when using flight. The grinding maneuver could be a HTH attack or a HKA depending on what kind of damage you want to do. Just a couple ideas

Ok. Constant on a power is +1/2 and you don"t have to roll to hit as long as you have LOS with target. You just pay END If you have a power that you apply Constant to, like a blast, however it will only continue for 1 phase then you have to attack again. Would this be allowed a limitation. Say a -1/4/

Hey I was scanning my champions maps, just in case the actual dies. Made me start wondering if there are any other maps that can be had out there. No looking for just a hex map, I'm looking for a warehouse, rooftop..ect.. I have the rosie's/warehouse map. I also have the two Different World magazine maps. anyone know of any other?

Re: Vanished Villains I've been converting several of the "disappeared" villains. I posted a conversion of Sledge I reworked, Wyvren (he and Sledge Joined the Newly Formed Conquerors), Prof Meurte (seems word of his death was a bit premature), Giganto and plan on CLOWN as well. Plus been reworking my own creations as well
