Re: Stronghold and PRIMUS?? There are templates for PRIMUS agents in Digital Hero #2. I don't think there's an "official" writeup for them yet, but you can probably file the serial numbers off of some other agents, and use the Primus Equipment writeups from Champions Universe. As for Stronghold -- do you have Escape from Stronghold, or Classic Enemies, or Champions Presents? Other super-prisons are written up for Mutants & Masterminds in Lockdown (and to a lesser degree of detail, and more "generically," in Freedom City), and for Palladium in Gramercy Island. You can certainly steal ideas from those. I imagine other people will mention things I've forgotten.

Clearly there's a range of power, and why would it arbitrarily stop at 350 points (or 10 DCs, or 12, or whatever) when the characters go far above that in power? So I was actually glad to see some "weaker" characters in the CU.

Re: Colossus Ditch ambidexterity. Ditch Wealthy perk. Ditch Martial Arts; the 20 points you save can buy up STR by 20 points, and you'll have some left over with the limitations. Not sure of the legality of buying concentration, Extra Time, and OIHID on the LS, and OIHID and Linked to LS on the defense powers. Double hardened defenses is probably overkill for a 350 point character, as are 20 points power defense, 20 points total LOW. Disadvantages!

I believe the value for "based on DEX" was +1/4 Advantage for superheroic campaigns. And I hope that's fair use.

Re: [book Review] Champions Universe: News Of The World DT, I think we're mostly on the same page. Of course, opinions vary. I would prefer lineart to gray scale art as well. That said, I'd prefer what is (by my own standards) a good gray scale piece to (what I judge to be) a poor lineart piece. And not all of it is even poor -- some of it is just not very comic-booky. (Example: why do none of Hurricane, Spektr, Stalker, and Valak -- all by same artist -- have eyes? Super hero comic book characters should IMO have eyes, unless it's part of their schtick.) Likewise. I agree. And don't get me wrong, I'd love to see a new pic, properly executed. But it seems like for whatever reason, probably the money, "properly executed" is a hit-or-miss proposition in HERO books right now. And if it's a poorly-executed pic of a character that I already have a good published pic of, I'd just as soon have more characters, and less art, in the book. I love looking at the art threads, etc. on the board, but that will never stop making me want to have better art in the actual books. Oh well, I'll just have to keep waiting.
