In the hours after the release Wednesday of the rough transcript of President Trump’s July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the White House circulated an email with proposed talking points for Trump’s defenders.

I'm pretty sure at this point anywhere from 15 to 35 percent of the Amercian voters will refuse to believe anything negative about him. They've bound their self image and identity too firmly into Trump.
I just hope its closer to 15%

Lady Thor can be done right as long as they don't put Thor down to do it....
But Natalie Portman has been lackluster as Jane...and I'm not crazy about that actress getting powered to play a replacement.
Mind you, she might improve her game for the character in such a case but she's lost a lot of my good will in the mCU

Honestly, if they wanted to yank me into a Badass female asgardian movie? Get Jaime Alexander as Sif again, and let her take the staring role.

And there's tons of people who chalk it up to 'liberal hysteria'.  As if every scientific body on the planet doesn't know better.

Seriously.  I want to put together a list of all the jobs and fields of study that have had to actively change and compensate for the global warming and carbon levels we've already had.

One of my own guilty pleasures I'd like to see redone would be the 1986 movie "Troll"
Now there has been talk of this, mostly capitalizing on the fact the hero of the story was named "Harry Potter Jr.!"
But I don't think for one Minute Rowling took the name from this despite what the makers of the 1986 film claimed.

The idea of a troll remaking an entire apartment complex into his fairie kingdom? A young boy the only one at first aware of his sister's possession, and a witch in the apartment on the top floor? Oh the CGI alone would be worth it as a fun flick

I adored the character development of Nog. They took what was at best a 'dead end kid' character from a previously joke species, and developed his storyline into an amazing immigrant experience where he took what was best from the culture of his heritage and used it to make his way into the culture of his choice.

Aron Eisenberg has said of Nog, "The thing that I thought they did so well with Nog was that they didn't make him perfect. He joined Starfleet with the determination and the tenacity to succeed, but he didn't always make the right decision, but he always kept trying again. And I always felt that Nog was one of the most Human characters on that show."

Troll was pure awesome. I don't really see how they could improve it, save for having better SFX.
