I told my kids that I'm probably on an NSA watch list because of the various Champions game-related Google searches I frequently do, and one daughter suggested I tell them I'm actually a secret agent.

Me:  Yeah, I could be Bond.  James Bond.
Daughter #2:  No.  Just no.  (pause)  Maybe James Municipal Bond.

The Law of Conservation of Villains pretty much insures that you won't have both Ultron and Thanos as villains in Infinity War. I think it is safe to say Ultron is gone for good. Even long term, I just can't see Feige bothering to use Ultron again. After all, once Thanos is dealt with and the Fox acquisition is completed, Marvel Studios will be too busy figuring out how to make Galactus their next big universe-threatening villain.

I'd expect Desolidification to allow the person to get out of bonds, unless said bonds have Affects Desolidified.

Similarly, Teleportation could allow escape from bonds unless said bonds have Cannot be Escaped with Teleportation.

You might also look into DramaScape maps.  You can print them out and 'tape' them together using a regular B&W printer or color printer.  If you think you will use them over and over again then printing them onto card stock and using 'self-laminating' material is useful

"Sweet Asimov's spectacles," Mabel said, "Tiger why didn't you tell me you and studmuffin were in that bad a shape?" A gurney rolled up to us almost as soon as I entered the mall.

I rolled onto it, and Pinprick was on top of me, out cold, as the gurney rolled us quickly to the medbay I had to ask, "Wait, Sweet Asimov's spectacles?"

"I'm trying out new exclamations akin to when biological lifeforms call on the deity of their own creation tales, just to see if it helps relieve stress. I've been tense of late because you guys keep getting chopped up and not taking care of yourselves," A slight emphasis on some of the words implied this was highly inconsiderate of us.

Now in the medbay, waldos gently grabbed up Pinprick with a support and begin tending to his wounds. Me? I was dumped unceremoniously into a tank full of water.

It felt like heaven, "I'm not sure I should encourage you to take even your symbolic deity's name in vain, but then I don't know if I have a right to gripe. I can slip when I'm upset. Also, bit clunky, the Asimov's spectacles thing."

"I'll work on it, you heal up," She said, "Maybe rest."

"Nuh-Uh," I said in my best impression of an unruly seven-year-old, "First, I want to know how the others are doing. Did they get all the Fumians? Anyone else on the team badly hurt? I can soak elsewhere if you'll need the medbay space. Firebug and Slice, are they engaging my team mates already or did we warn them in time? Is the spying device built into that replica knife working at all?"

"Anything else while you test my multitasking capabilities?" Mabel said as she used small lasers to cut and stitch our smallest team mate up.
"Yeah, could you check on a postal worker named Bert Newell? See if he's back on duty and safe?" The thought occurred to me just then and there I was embarrassed to say. I had assumed he'd be fine, but better to be sure.

"No indication of trouble for him," She said answering the last request first, "We have GPS and audio, on the replica, but I'm using intermittently. Currently there's not much data coming in of use. It looks like Lady Obsidian has sent both Firebug and Slice into retreat, and yes, several Fumians are captured and very, very unhappy with the failure of the muscle they hired. Other members of the team have experienced some injuries-"

"Which ones?" I sat upright ready to get out of the tub.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you over the sound of your sploshing around trying to get out of the medbay while I'm making sure you get healed, care to lay down and try again?" Her normally sultry tones weren't nearly as velvety right now.
Grumbling I leaned back, "Who was hurt," then I added, "Please?"

"Artic Fox is hurt, nothing lethal," She went on, "And Tornado got hit pretty bad, but he heals fairly quickly as well."
"Okay," I said, feeling a bit guilty that my first thought was that I was so glad it wasn't Ariana, "So plenty of room in here for two more I guess."

"You guess correctly," Mabel said, "Besides, it will take them take them time to lock all the Fumians up in our holding cells of dubious legality."

Yeah, you can't just throw folks into a cell and detain them, even if they're wearing masks and you stopped them mid crime. The ACLU, the Police, and anyone else interested in due process frown on that. Hence the often applied 'of dubious legality' addendum we slapped on the rooms we had for short term holding.

It would not be the first time we broke those rules I suspected, but it made many of us, including Lady Obsidian, twitchy when we did. I know it bothered me a bit.

Not that I'm that cozy with those committing crimes, but mistakes and misidentifications happen, and there's stopping crime and then there's issuing punishments out after, and imprisonment is a punishment. So, yes, big ethical quandaries there.

And yet, these were aliens, literal not even born on this planet and didn't bring a passport aliens. The US government might want them, but it wouldn't be likely for the purpose of legal process. They would want them for the same reason we did. They would want the Fumians' secrets.

Arctic Fox came like a rolling thundercloud. Her expression was one of righteous indignation. The injury along her side was nasty, odd ring like bruises as if she'd been struck by a blunt pole several times. I could tell that when she plopped down and lifted her costume enough to reveal it without betraying modesty. But that wasn't what had her so angry. A section of her hair, that brown with white streaks she so carefully cultivated, was missing a chunk about the size of a small fist. There was no getting around that. There was a hole in her hair and it looked like more of it might fall off any second.

"Ah, I couldn't help notice-" I gestured a bit nervously with a finger towards the left side of her hair.

"You snicker at my hair, we will go several rounds, and I don't care if are resistant to cold, I will find ways to make it hurt," She said testily.
"I believe you," I assured her to placate, "Anything I can say to make it ah-"

"Probably not," Arctic Fox replied, "Sorry, there is no good spin you can put on this."

"Noted," I said. Ah well, I tried to be supportive team mate guy.

"I'm fine, Ariana, fine stop coddling me," the words were assuring, but the voice was a painful rasp. Tornado came in battered and blooded on the back of gurney.

"You're bleeding internally, that is not what I call fine," Ariana said as she pushed said gurney in and moved her Uncle.

Odd dynamic between the two of them; Technically, Valentino was her Uncle, but due to some generational pauses and dynamics, he was less than a decade older than his niece, and so the relationship was often more like big brother and little sister or close cousins than anything else.

"I was bleeding internally, by now it's probably sealed," He corrected, "I heal too. Not as fast as your boyfriend, but I'm good."
"I will decide what is good and who needs what medical attention," Mabel said, "Really hot and spicy, you're going to take that shirt off one way or another and we're going to make sure you heal back right. We'll need you all soon enough. I've got him, Ariana, don't you worry." Waldos went to work, some with needles on the end.

"Oh I'm gonna hate this," He said right before he got injected in the neck, "I was riii-" And then he was out like a light.
I started to get up from my tub, "Okay, two of them in, I need to get up. Really, I'm healing fine and I want to know what's going on in detail and-" And there she was again, Ariana. She was exploring my wounds with her deft tan fingers, exploring me in away that was almost intimate even if it wasn't meant romantically.

    "Shush," She said.
"Hey," I noticed some of her bruises, "You're hurt too."

"Scrapes, light bruises," She told me, "Mabel can confirm. Just, please, take care of yourself for once. Okay? Can you do that, just for once? " Her chocolate eyes got very large, "We'll have to go into the fray again, soon. I know that. But for now? You won't help stomping around. You won't help trying to keep constantly on top of the news. So please, Caleb. Just close your eyes and let me imagine you safe and fine and -" A pause and a deep breath, "And okay. Okay?"

"Okay," I agreed, closing my eyes. I'm stubborn, not stupid. If a woman I cared for deeply was asking me to keep my yap shut and soak for just a half hour more, I could and would do that.

She said something in Spanish, it was a mumble but I think it was "Thank God."

Your GM would have to provide a value for such a limitation, as I don't know of an example in published work.  My suggestion would be -1/2 or -1, but he may rule differently.

Keep in mind that a Physical Manifestation on a 60-point Multipower would have an automatic (and free) 12 PD / 12 ED, similar to a Breakable Focus, so you may not want to bother paying points to buy that up.  As to BODY, how that works is a kinda gray area.  (There have been discussions/arguments about rules on destroying foci like armored battlesuits.  I don't want to rehash them here.)  Looking at the rules on breakable foci, each hit doing BODY past the defenses destroys (or removes) one power.  Perhaps just talk the GM into letting you buy a few 1-point bogus multipower slots with the understanding that they get "destroyed" before he starts losing actual powers?

That doesn't even consider the fact that there's two giant hands there.  I'm not sure how to handle that bit.

LOL.  Yeah, it looks like he's using kid gloves on SG (pun fully intended).

PM already said it's a punch, but even if it wasn't I'd still argue against Fine Manipulation.  Picking something (or someone) up isn't the same and, say, retying his cape.  Look at the writeup for Telekinesis:

Could you see those giant hands trying to type a text on a smartphone?  Would you want them trying to zip up your pants or button up your shirt?

    Scarlet Dragon

Aspiring actor, Danny Chen was physically gifted, photogenic and to be fair, not a bad actor. What he couldn't seem to get was a break. The big budget action movie market was in a serious slump and no on was casting aside from bit parts and while playing “Panicked Bystander #24” paid the bills (mostly, with the help of part time waiter gig) but it wasn't exactly satisfying or the sort of thing that got your name up in lights

So when the offer came in to audition for a part for a starring role in an small studio's independent film, Danny jumped at the chance. Small was better than nothing and allot of big stars had gotten their start in little films or so his agent Marcy assured him. The audition went flawlessly, so perfect it almost felt like a formality (but Danny didn't want to get cocky).

The project was unusual though, intended to be in part advertised via a viral marketing campaign where Danny's character “Scarlet Dragon” would appear in videos on social media, post to Twitter and other internet appearances as if he were a real vigilante up until the ad spots debuted. Danny was fascinated and eagerly played along though the shoots and training were grueling. He had some experience with the martial arts and the moves he was taught to emulate had a real air authenticity to them despite being kind of flashy and esoteric.

This went on for weeks and grew to include some 'live action' appearances in costume. Danny kept track of his character's online presence and was pleased to find that he was becoming quite popular though many people thought he was real. He feared that might backfire when the truth came but was told not to worry by the director; who's name he never learned.

Then it happened, at an public appearance by James Ho, a Chinese American business man of some wealth and power, the Crimson Dragon appeared.

And killed him. In public, on camera.

But it wasn't Danny in the costume. He was out with his girlfriend at the time, watching in horror as the murder played out live. Panicked, Danny called his agent, then went after when he got no answer only to find her office ransacked and her dead body draped across her desk festooned with throwing knives like his 'character' used. Her files and records were gone, her computer smashed, taking most of the evident that would lead directly to him but also any evidence of the film he'd supposedly been hired to make. But there was likely plenty of forensics and other information. Danny had to flee as the police arrived shortly after he did and he made his way across the rooftops using some of his natural athletic ability in ironic emulation of his now wanted fictional persona.

He'd been set up. He didn't know why someone would have gone through such a convoluted plan. to frame him so he suspects it  was a plan to kill James Ho, who security was normally quite paranoid. But they'd let their guard down when a 'hero' like Scarlet Dragon had appeared. Ho was rich and popular but rumored to have criminal ties including Chinese organized crime. He's tried to find any of the other cast he could be they've so far been missing or dead, the shooting location abandoned. Even worse, apparently there is a real Scarlet Dragon, an Asian assassin of some repute in the underworld but almost unknown to the law abiding world and likely very unhappy about being dragged into the light.

Danny is going to need help to get out of this a free (and breathing) man, but from who?

Great pic, by the way.  I'm a sucker for good character artwork.

And please don't take anything I say as being too critical.  I'm just trying to look for things I might do differently.  YMMV, and feel free to ignore anything I say.

I would argue that "giant fists" would mean that "Fine Manipulation" wouldn't make much sense on the TK.  Unless he can summon different sized fists, in which case it could work.

I think the 26 PD on the tunneling is a bit high.  You might want to consider increasing the distance and decreasing the PD.  Or make it Armor Piercing.

I can't see why you wouldn't have "Physical Manifestation" on the Multipower and its slots as well.  (Possibly Restrainable as well, like you have on the Flight, but for some reason that feels vaguely like double-dipping to me.)  If they can attack a giant hand to take away his Flight, why couldn't someone attack the same hand to stop the TK?  Or Entangle it to stop a Blast (requiring it to Blast out before it can attack)?  That said, I'd consider putting some of the points saved into additional PD / ED or (preferrably) BODY, only on the physical manifestation.  (As a GM, I'd be more inclined to allow additional BODY, as foes can chip away at the giant hands, providing more dramatic tension.  And I wouldn't allow him to immediately re-summon the hands if they're destroyed.  At least require a few Phases of down time.)

Do the giant hands only mimic his own hand movements?  (It looks that way from the picture, but maybe that's not required.)  If it is required, Gestures would be applicable.  But as a player, that might not be a good idea, since a simple 3d6 Entangle AoE 2m Radius on him basically takes him out of the fight, since he can't then control the giant fists to break him free.  Personally, I'd say moving his own hands in conjunction with the giant hands is just something he does subconsciously, but isn't technically required.

With 10 EGO and no Mental Defense, he's gonna be an all-day sucker for any mentalist that comes along.  But I suspect you already know that (see Susceptibility comments below.)  Seriously, 13 EGO and 5 Mental Defense would go a long way.

With that all-day sucker in mind, I'm not a fan of your Susceptibility to Mind Control.  I look at that as a shady way of getting a lot of points (a full third of his total Complications!) while also keeping him from getting controlled to attack his friends for too long.  (BTW, as a GM I would deal with that by having him Mind Controlled to "Fly up as high as you can as fast as you can."  That removes him from the fight with a command that he shouldn't be violently opposed to -- and with a noncombat Flight straight up, the Susceptibility should make him pass out high enough that he'll hit terminal velocity on the way down - requiring one of his teammates to save him or risk serious injury.  Also note that the Mind Control doesn't end when he passes out from the Susceptibility -- so he could be comatose for hours or days until he makes his EGO roll to break free, even if he's just commanded to "stand still and do nothing.")

No Psychological Complications?  What is his personality like?  What drives him?  As GM, I'd ask you to cut the Susceptibility 10-15 points and put those points into a PsychComp.

Again, please don't feel offended or take any of this as being hyper-critical.  Just my thoughts.  Take or leave them as you wish.

Background/History: Steve Drake was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He grew up camping and fishing all over the west. But his great love was boxing. He joined Golden Gloves as a child and excelled until his teens. He only quit when his powers began to manifest. His natural armor was making him harder to hurt. Realizing he may be a mutant, he quit to preserve his secret...Steve has reason to be cautious. A major IHA cell was hidden somewhere in the Phoenix area.

At 16, he got a job, purchased a motorcycle, and camped out in remote areas of the desert to practice with his powers. It was on one of these trips he encountered the Hellions. They were a motorcycle gang that tattooed their faces to look demonic and wore prosthetic horns. They also had a habit of making supers their leaders. Steve heard them coming a long ways off. The gang was looking for a bit of fun, but never expected a full fledged Super to contend with. This gang had a super with fire powers as their leader: a man named Pyre. Steve won the day, destroyed their bikes, ripped out their horns, and drove the unconscious Pyre to a nearby town to wait for pick-up. All he had was a pair of shades and some gloves to conceal his ID. But he does sport a nice souvenir necklace made up of Hellion horns.

Since then he has had several run ins with both the Hellions and the IHA, but mostly he kept busy saving people from burning high rises and such. at 18, Steve got a much better job saved up for a year, and left Phoenix for the campaign city to learn real hero work.

Steve did share his secret with his parents, and they are proud that their upbringing produced a hero.

Personality:  Steve is a real easy going guy. He gets along with everyone. But. He knows when to throw a punch. He has seen every super hero movie ever made. He took up boxing to be more like a super...and now he has a couple of giant boxing gloves.
So Steve has inadvertently trained to be a hero all his life...this is his big opportunity.

Quote:  Shut up! You talk too much! (Steve is not very good with playful combat banter)

Powers/Tactics: The Fists of the Colossus are two Giant Gauntlets with a steampunk look to them. They appear to be made of steel and leather. They act like they are solid steel, but are in fact mental constructs. The parts of his brain that grant this ability are the same parts that provide mental defense - Steve will always be weak in that area.  The upside is Magneto can't do a thing with them.
Steve is no fool, he is not as invulnerable as he would like to be. He prefers to fight at range.

Campaign Use:  As a hero, Talos is just that. His mobility means he can be in for an adventure and out again
As a Villain, Talos can lead or be part of a mutant motorcycle gang. But he would likely hire out for any villain that paid well.  As a hunted …please make note of his PRE skills, they are 13-. Steve will use all his information gathering skills to learn of every weakness the hero has…including DNPCs. And he is certainly smart enough not to take your hero when there is a whole team to back him up.

Appearance: The gauntlets are huge. Three and a half feet from brass knuckle to brass knuckle and six feet long.
As Talos, Steve wears a leather jacket, a colored t shirt, jeans, gloves and a visor that Defender made for him. Talos isn't into that whole spandex thing, he doesn't trust his clothes, wallet and keys will be where he left them. His goal is to blend into the crowd and disappear.

BoloOfEarth got a reaction from death tribble in Supers Image game
Not much is known about the assassin known as Dragonbones.  That he's an accomplished martial artist is plainly evident, especially when wielding his unique three-section staff made from the toe bones of a true red dragon he defeated in combat - at least, so he claims.  Mystics verified that the blistering flames generated by either end of his staff are definitely magical, which bolsters his claim a bit.  But where exactly he came from, or why he goes after the people he targets, is a mystery.
