I think there's a difference between comedic elements in an action/adventure story (Raiders, The Mummy) and a comedy film with some action elements (Ghostbusters, George of the Jungle).

I believe that Iaijutsu is already defined as Fast Draw.

It might be oversimplifying, but the distinctions may be too small to matter when playing Hero. If you want to make a distinction, perhaps there are penalties to a Fast Draw roll in specific situations, and different iaijutsu styles would offer PSLs negating them?

Addendum to above: Could this be malicious compliance? IE, somebody in the FSB does not approve of the invasion of Ukraine (whether morally or just from recognizing that it's a fiasco and the longer it goes on, the worse the damage to Russia). They are sabotaging the hoax while pretending to follow orders... to the letter.
Gross incompetence or malicious compliance? Neither is good for Putin.

I wonder who supplies Red Bull's cars, because something must be wrong with the defending champion's technical assistance. He's been driving well when he can stay on the track, so he has time to catch up.
F1 teams are required to build their own cars, so Red Bull Racing has no-one to blame but themselves. There are exceptions for things like the power unit, but RBR is also building their own (with Honda giving them a considerable amount of help).

My solution to the whole Growth/Shrinking issue is to eliminate the Powers entirely, and buy larger or smaller forms with Multiform, perhaps with an, "intermediate forms" Advantage (+1/4?).

I've seen the video. The Russian soldier was savvy enough to realize that, "Russian Invader Murders Older Woman For Yelling At Him" wasn't a good look.

One wonders what is the point of seizing a radioactively contaminated site. Although threatening to re-detonate it and spray radioactive materials everywhere would be in line with Putin's apparent fixation with becoming the ultimate Bond villain.
Even though the plant is now decommissioned, it may still control part of Ukraine's power grid.

The entire purpose of this proposed product is to bring in new players. Lower the barrier to entry. How do we craft a product that does this?
I'm noodling around with the idea of Champions Lite. This would be a free, limited version of the full rules. It would not have every Skill, Power, or Complication, but would have enough to let the players build straightforward characters and try the system out without spending any money, and without the more complicated rules to confuse them.
