The last (and best) track on the Jurassic Park III soundtrack. It's playing in the background when Alan Grant is meeting with the Kirbys to discuss the expedition to rescue their son. They are posing as a wealthy couple, but, as we find out later, that's only a ruse to get Grant onboard.

Jurassic Park III: a flawed but overly maligned entry in the Jurassic Park series.

John Williams was on another project, and so the soundtrack is a mix of old themes by Williams and new themes by Don Davis. The soundtrack is good, but it's not really on the level of the previous two installments. I do, however, like it much more than the soundtracks for the Jurassic World movies, which seem overly bland to me.

As for the movie, it's actually held up pretty well, and is one that I watch every once in a while.

I prefer it over The Lost World. Jurassic Park III doesn't disturb a viewer's coziness the way TLW did, but it does hew closer to the standard action-adventure formula which the first film was based around and, despite my adoration of Jeff Goldblum, I must say that Sam Neill's Alan Grant fulfills the role of "action hero" better than Goldblum's Ian Malcolm.

As an overall movie experience, I'd have to agree. I enjoy the first half of The Lost World, but it quickly goes off the rails is in the end of the movie, with the San Diego sequences.
