Godwin's law HERO (where the PCs are the survivors of a thread that has apocalyptically degenerated into flame wars and accusations of Nazi-ism)

Lovecraft hero (as opposed to Cthulhu Hero)

Where the characters must finely parse the difference between racism and racialism.

Soap Opera HERO: The Complete Series, featuring all of your favorite episodes including the never-seen-before "All My Champions," Where Nighthawk discovers that Doctor Destroyer is really motivated by love, wishing to "Give the world" to his octogenerian girlfriend.

I actually ran an adventure very similar to this twice, in which Grav Master tried to steal the moon to give to his much-younger "trophy" girlfriend.

I ran it twice because it had gone over so darn well with the first group, and it was just as good with the second. I might even try to reconstruct it for 5th Ed and send it in for a DH adventure.

I for one would like to see that......

"The HERO Life", where the PCs are bored, (boring), shallow, vapid, socialites who have famous fathers, who are assigned to live with a group of Superheroes to try to teach them some kind of appreciation for a work ethic.

Mostly the PCs get drunk, fall down, and throw hissy fits when they are sent to jail for their failure to learn ANYTHING. Ever. At all.

One of the PCs is incapable of having different facial expressions.

The Supers end up blowing up their headquarters to get away from the two PCs, and moving into the Hilton in Paris.

I'd run Seuss Hero - you can have any character you want BUT all power writeups must rhyme' date=' and all interactions in game must be in rhyming couplets.[/quote']

Actually, Dr. Suess did write prose at various points of his career, including a lovely little fantasy book called The King's Stilts about the Law of Unintended Consequences....

I am gonna still hold out for "Porn Hero"! :o

Hey, if d20 can have it (The Book Of Erotic Fantasy, but the Valar Project, Inc.), then why not Hero!

(Seriously, though, I suspect that Hero would still to a better job of handling the subject the d20 ever could.)

Heh. That reminds me.

The other day, I was musing about the viability of a relationship for my Teen Champions character, who is a succubus (and will, obviously, be keeping her baser impulses to herself). I'm musing about the specifics when Josh bursts out with, "Sex is not combat!"
