As long as there are no (or very few) revisions, the printer is trying to schedule it so that we can have some advance copies in print for our booth at Origins (July 5-8 in Columbus). The PDF will probably be $24.95, and probably won't go up for sale until after Origins (so mid-July). The color printed book will only be available from our website, and printed directly through POD.
