steriaca
Another coven leader is the one in New England: Mother Borden. She uses a hi-tech plasma axe to enforce respect. And while looked down upon for her lack of magic, many of the other mothers are to afraid of her to say mean things in front of her.
death tribble
The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasakai and the aftermath skewed magic in Japan. The head of W.I.T.C.H. in Japan is Moneymaker, or in her own tongue Rising Sun. She has no superpowers or magic. But her skill in making and moving money around for the organisation is phenomenal. She is ruthless and dangerous but is respectful of her peers as they are of her methods of making and concealing money for the organisation. She is a public figure but none know of her involvment in W.I.T.C.H. as it goes beyond all reason for people.
steriaca
The Italian mother is Mator Sperfurnosigh, an old woman (she clames to be over 1000 years old). She believe that happiness is finite, to make herself and her followers happy, they must soe misery in others. She can cast various spells, is superhumanly strong, can turn invisible, among other things. She is afraid of only one thing... crystal peacocks. Based loosely on the 'three mothers' movie series, Superia, Inferno, and Mother of Tears.
csyphrett
Mother Hubbard is a gifted woman living in the wilds of Arizona. death tribble
Mother Zen is the Chinese leader of W.I.T.C.H. and is a powerful and versatile combatent. She is also xenophobic like many of her ilk towards the Japanese. And while it would be very easy for her to kill Rising Sun there are several factors preventing it. One is the sheer size of the Chinese operation which requires money which Rising Sun provides; another is the need for investment which again comes from Japan under Rising Sun's aegis; lastly the other Mothers have made clear what will happen to her if she moves against Japan directly or indirectly. Mother Zen is trying to provide footsoldiers for the organisation to little effect so far.

csyphrett
Mother Hen is the woman people are sent to when they need protection from other organizations. death tribble
La Belle Dame Sans Merci This woman is the leader of the French contingent and is the assassin of the group. When W.I.T.C.H. want someone dead and it can be public and graphic then La Belle Dame Sans Merci is the person they use for the job. She has magical skills but is also privy to all sorts of tricks from the golden age of illusion, when magicians plied their trade in the theatres. So wnat someone dead and need it done with maybe a hint of panache ? Then La Belle Dame Sans Merci is your woman ! steriaca

Echo3Niner
Mother Jezebel Ankh; an Egyptian of unknown age, she portends to be from ancient Egypt, and perhaps is a Mummy (though an extraordinary beauty of perhaps Berber blood, at least appearance - striking light skinned North African woman, with green eyes - gorgeous, in a creepy way; like a train wreck, you want to look away, but can't, and feel guilty and unclean about it). Whatever the truth, she leads W.I.T.C.H. in Egypt. She is incredibly powerful in death magic, raising the dead and using dead minions. But, her major benefit to the Coven is her magical knowledge, which is ageless and seemingly complete for the last 5000 years! Whenever something magical needs to be known, it is Jezebel Ankh who they reach out to. I think that's 13... (though my count could be off, I have had two glasses of Scotch tonight...) New Group: The Devil's Knights, 7 members NOT Knight themed per se', but they all believe themselves the bearers of Devil's Night. It offends them that Halloween has become this mainstream holiday, while Devil's Night, which has much more meaning (to them) is forgotten or maligned (think Michael Wincott from The Crow [1994]). Pyro themed in some fashion, based in Detroit of course. death tribble
death tribble
Some people just can't keep a good name. He has been called Pyroman, Pyromania, Pyros, Kid Fire, Fire Master and Phoenix Kid. Currently he uses the moniker Lord Pyros. He is careful around Detroit as Angel's Night is still a success but he still sets fires on Devil's Night and enjoys the show. If this happens to burn down Halloween decorations or Christmas decorations so much the better. He tries to avoid civilian casualties as this brings the authorities down in force. steriaca
Pitchfork is a member of a speed/death metal band. He preferres to do acts of vandalism than burning things, but is not against setting things on fire.
Lucius
Lady Arson always goes masked and keeps her identity hidden from the other Devils Knights, but they suspect her "little list" would be a clue if they ever cared to investigate. She always has very specific structures she wants to target; most buildings she's willing to burn but doesn't care; and quite a few she wants to save and will argue against burning. Ones she wants to burn usually belong to property owners with a few other buildings who, after suffering a loss, might be interested in getting more insurance; the ones she protects are the ones she has insured already and would cost her money if they burned down. Lucius Alexander Do you have any idea what it costs to insure a palindromdary?

Badger
Real name unknown. The Dragoness is an insane pyomaniac, cute and petite little goth girl. Her only real powers are a cigarette lighter that never needs fuel. And the ability to infiltrate onto any site (the ability to slide between dimensions and to appear wherever the wants to get to, as she claims, she refuses to call it stricitly teleportation). She also has greater than normal human CON (not quite super-human level though) She gave herself her code name. (dragon, fire, get it?) She is sometimes an annoyance to the group because her pyromania is so intense, it seems like it acts as a drug to her. And if it is a drug, she is a junkie that needs a fix. And occsasionally she has burned down buildings that Lady Arson specifically didnt want burned down, when she couldnt wait any longer. ANd Lord Pyros worries she might pick an occupied target during one of her episodes. As a result, she is now always given a list of 3-4 spare places of minor value/not in the immediate plans/etc. she can take out to keep her pacified till needed. (which has surprisingly been valuable in interrupting patterns that any heroes might detect.) Note: yes she has referred to her lighter as her "precious") ABout 5 feet tall, thought to be 16-18 years old. steriaca
steriaca
Firebar is normally an expert on fire stunts for movie and television shows. On Devil's Night, he joins the others. He wears a special fireproof suit, and a flaming crowbar developed by ARGENT. He is especially careful to avoid burning normals (supers can take the heat). He hates Dragoness, but knows that if she was kicked off the group, she would become a worse threat to their love of fire than that psycho with the fire gun...what's his name again...Blowtorch? BoloOfEarth
Accelerant is a speedster with a lifelong love for burning things down. He doesn't have any fire powers himself; he has to use fairly mundane means (lighter, gasoline, etc.) to get a fire started. But his powers include the ability to accelerate select individuals or things in an area -- and he discovered that he can increase the speed of flames, causing them to spread and consume things much faster than normal. - - - - - - - All seven members of the Boston T Party have names that begin with the letter T. Of course, they operate mostly in and around Boston. Contrary to what people believe based on their name, the T Party is completely non-political. Most of them are in it mainly to use their powers for personal gain or fun (though individual members' ideas of "fun" isn't necessarily most people's definition of the word). Echo3Niner
Tougher gets along great with Tantrum, because Tougher is nothing but a damage sponge. He really only has two powers; one, he can absorb kinetic energy which builds and builds and once it reaches a threshold, his second power is he can release it as energy blasts of kinetic force. During the moment he has reached his threshold, but before he releases his stored energy, he can take damage. To make everyone come after him, he has the highly developed talent to taunt enemies or anyone really. Tantrum is a favorite target, if Tougher needs to charge before a battle, it serves two purposes; it gets Tantrum angry, and charges Tougher. His name, is a taunt of it's own; "I'm Tougher, than you, and you; any of you! Is that all you've got for me? You hit like a little girl!" death tribble

death tribble
Werewolf ? Therewolf ! He's big, hairy and a whole lot of fun. Except most people run screaming because, you know, werewolf. He has the powers of a werewolf such as enhanced senses, damage resistance, regeneration and a preference to eat vegetarians. But he can change during the day which makes him unusual. However he seems to have an immunity to silver bullets although he will often play this up. 'Oh no ! Silver bullets ! My one true weakness ! Hey ! wait a minute ! these are nickel coated and that don't count ! Yippee ! I'm alive !' On the three nights of the full moon things get worse as he changes into something very big and very nasty. Badger
Tenacious is in it to find worthy opponents. He has the abilty to "absorb aura". During a battle he seems to pick a little bit of the opponent's, as he puts it, "fighting spirit" in some way. In effect while fighting an opponent his body seems to learn the opponent, even learning their tendencies, but sometimes learning how to mimic certain moves of the opponent. While each battle improves his power level a little. It remarkably improveswhen facing tougher opponents (though nowhere near as remarkably as a certain anime race that shall not be named). Not to mention "absorbing" techniques is giving him a prodigious arsenal of moves. He is a bit on the humorless side. And generally is rather unflappable (after even if he loses, all he needs to do is survive the battle and he will become stronger). Does tend to consider his teammates beneath him of varying degrees. Especially Tantrum and Tougher (whom he considers thugs of low intellect) But, on the whole they are his brand of entertainment, so it isnt all bad. Note: Has some tendency to occasionally goad the duo a little, because, hey he wouldnt necessarily mind them fighting him, and he able to acquire at least a little of their resiliency level.
