One of my students heard me and said, "Mr P, what was that? That sounded like an evil laugh." Me: "Oh, I was just reminded of a really awful joke." Her: "Are you going to tell us? You have to tell us now." Me: "Okay, what do you get if you take a fig with a mass of 1 kilogram and accelerate it by one meter per second squared?" Her: (hesitantly) "I don't know, what?" Me: (shows her a picture of a fig newton) Her: (groaning audibly) "That was terrible. Good, but terrible." Me: (offering my hand) "Hi, I'm Mr. P.
