  2. Re: Alignment makes perfect sense One difference between Alignment and Psychological Complications is in most forms of D&D, Alignment has a bunch of Gods, plus a "heaven" on their side.
  3. Re: Commisioned Art that punk really RANKS!
  4. Re: Strange events...what do YOU (not your character) do? Maybe I'll see if i could stat myself up using the HERO system
  5. Re: How To Delay Effect how in 6e Barrier replaces Forcewall. we could have an ""always On" version of Growth as the default power, and have the ability to grow an advantage on top of it.

  7. Re: Obviousness of Telekinesis If you were to follow the fiction, you might have reduced OCV if gestures are not available. or no fine manipulation without gestures - or both.
  8. Re: How To Delay Effect or we could follow the barrier route, and have the default be Increased Size, and have Growth be a modified version of that.

  10. Re: Superpowers and Ethics I don't have time to read through the entire thred so I'll just say this. For thise who say that Mind Control does not ignore free will because it might fail. I don't like free will to be reduced to a roll of dice.
  11. Re: Combat Incompetence why not just give the poor hapless sod 0 OCV 7 0 DCV and a DEX of 3
  12. Re: 6th Edition Brick are you sure you're in the right thread?
  13. Re: Genre-crossover nightmares Grampire
  14. Re: Limitations on Combat Skill Levels - same as the attack itself? I would treat limited attributes that aren't powers like Physical Complication extras, like when you sell back running. However limiting a an actual skill level, (as opposed to skill levels that are intrinsic part of powers) just because the power itself can only be used sometimes, seems a little twee.
  15. Re: Would you marry a near-human alien? That's not so alien!
  16. Re: Tenure as a perk I think there's a difference between tricking someone into believing current environment is different from what you thought and acting accordingly, and making you change your opinion about what is right and wrong.
  17. Re: Limitations on Combat Skill Levels - same as the attack itself? I am hesitant about treating skill levels like powers unless they are conceptually powers.
  18. Re: Limitations on Combat Skill Levels - same as the attack itself? if a reduction of effectiveness of a power a skill refers to should limit the value of the skill, then we would have skill levels in 2d6 HA costing less than skill levels in 4d6 HA. IMO this leads to silliness.
  19. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine g-i-r-l
  20. Re: Limitations on Combat Skill Levels - same as the attack itself? IIRC the smallest Skill Level that can be treated like a Power is a 5pt level
  21. Re: Mega Knockback in 6th Man of Steel. City of Kleenex.
  22. Re: Here be dragons... or Dragon? arrange it so the PCs have the option of backing out if things get too hard.
