    Re: Changing Speed mid-turn IMHO if your speed is being increased, you should be allowed to delay actually acting at the higher speed until YOU (the player) feel it is beneficial - after all a character can voluntarily act at a lower speed, can't he/she?

An insult - or similar - can damage positive reputations, exacerbate negative reputations, and a well told lie can create an entirely new (usually negative) reputation. These get "healed" like body damage.

    Re: Power Skill with No Power I have been having thoughts that RSRs that only enhance what the skill can already do should be worth a somewhat larger limitation than RSR that allows you to do something you couldn't do before at all.
