Re: A Thread for Random Musings Got an email from a recruiting company. The person who sent it screwed up and left all 136 email recipients on CC. Sad thing is a couple of the jobs were ones I have not seen on my search yet. Though I think I'll see if I can compare the job description to one of the less spammy agencies in town.

Re: Musings on Random Musings I actually do pretty well with a pot. The only annoying thing is washing the rice, but it's usually 2-1 ratio or 4-3 with some rice. Bring it up to a boil, reduce heat and cover for 20 minutes. At end, stir with fork and let sit uncovered 5. Other things that can be done: Add spices, butter, or use broth. I've also tossed in some sausages in the last 6 minutes of cook time as well.

Re: A Thread for Random Musings So here it is a little after 1am on the morning of March 7. I can't sleep and unlike a bunch of other people that just hit a multiple of 1000 posts, I'm not posting anything special. I just can't form the thoughts around it. Right now I'm just using the boards for a nervous outlet to forget what is going on with my life. I'm stuck with obligations that I have no idea how to fulfill at this point. Something is going to break soon and I'm afraid it's going to be me. Then again, I think I already have and these are just the pieces twitching.

Re: Clix mod challenge Not bad, but it looks like you used a flash. Generally you want to use a different light with a neutral background. The Clix looked real good though.

Re: Absorbtion Burst Well, the first example didn't have any Absorption into STR, just the End Reserve. And actually I had completly forgotten about the Absorption having a cap (I just forget that for Healing and End Reserves) though as Hugh points out you can buy the maximum up. So you got most of it. On your previous post, Ben has allowed people to change their names and keep their old posts under the new name. (I can think of two people who have done that) Send him a pm and start negotiating. Haven't seen him around much so he might be extra busy though.
