Dressed like the stereotype Boer soldier from the Boer Wars, The Boer is a racist who absolutely loathes the sub Saharan members of Africa who are not white. He carries a rifle, which in his hands only, can blow holes in tank armour. As the rest of the team do not come from Africa he has no problem with them. But he does depend on them for fire support as he can't do it on his own. He believes that too many rights have been given to the undeserving in his country and it will go the way of Rhodesia (Zimbabwe). He'll happily try and kill anyone he believes has African blood in them. Or is English. He know the history of his people and knows that the English are to blame for what happened. Saturday saw me get my Stingray submarine into position to launch torpedoes with the two other Stingray craft and destroy Titanica. My stretcher bearer was delayed getting to the aid station but two of the other parties lost their patient (i.e. they died on the way there). Lastly I got in as a replacement and helped capture Cmdr Bond as he tried to escape skiing downhill. Sadly his accomplice escaped.

That is what The Gardener believes and has set out to do basically terraforming modern civilisation into a paradise. If people happen to be in the way, well there are 6 billion in the world, it can do with quite a few less. There is nothing finer than a tower block with the sixth floor and above transformed into a marvellous display of flowers. The Gardener even believes that some people would be better of as horticulture or as fertiliser. He has no powers per se being someone who can create growth of plants but he is stronger, more durable and more resistant to damage than a normal human being is.

Think a Dark Mary Marvel or an Evil Supergirl and there you have it. The clone does not know she is a clone and believes she is the 'real' Melinda. Thaluna has her working with her (now) demented father. Leaving Diabolon (sp?) from Steraica, that is it an so New Team. New Team. I'm going old school on this. Tracker Tracker is what they call him. He is a hunter. Yes, THAT HUNTER. You know the one from those films were the hunter goes after people and kills the warriors among them ? The Animator brought him to life, in fact he did this several times so there a few of them that are either now dead or incarcerated. This one has been rehabilitated. It understands what you say to it and can mimic some speech. It stands over 6 feet tall and can make itself all but invisibe. It has tech that is otherworldly including a shoulder cannon. A helmet allows it to see as its vision is unlike human sight. It can see heat very well. It is not that fond of the cold. And yes the nuclear style bomb does not work. But most people don't knowthat and the Tracker has used this as a successful bluff.

Thaluna Empress of Space Melinda's great rival (or so she would have you believe) was Thaluna, Empress of Space. She who should be obeyed (or you would get pushed out of the airlock) was forever trying to conquer Earth and other planets by sending out emissaries who would land on a planet and claim it for her. The case would either end up in a fight or in a galactic court with Thaluna using all sorts of legal chicanery to take over a planet. She would shamelessly flirt with Jet Justice when her minions were not around but expected due deference from him when they were. She did not appear in the last year of the comic for some reason but appears to be making up for lost time. It would appear that she is the one or one of the ones behind the appearance of all the villains in the real world although the others do not know this (Diablolon, the Monk of Krezzlor and Savge Magnus mabe excepted). Currently Thaluna is trying to get minions but is also funding the others where she can (living asteroids are a bit difficult to justify on a tax form or an expense account, you know ?).

Terra Farmer The lord of earth, that is the substance not the planet, Terra Farmer can do all sorts of damage via contact with the ground or beneath it. this includes earthquakes. But like the Titan Antaeus of myth, if he is kept off the ground he loses his powers. It was not revealed whether he had any relation to Melinda Terra or her father but all sort of oblique hints were dropped which meant he was or was not. Terra Farmer likes to boast about his powers or prowess but remains tight lipped about other things and is suprisingly resistant to telepathy, mind control or suggestion which would reveal what his plans are. He has adapted with great ease to his new surroudings and situation but will not divulge how he came to be here.
