    Nothing happens one thing at a time, but the two-point correlation function of time intervals between events has a narrow peak around ~6 hours, and then a rather broader one between one and two weeks.

    I am not fully certain, and the lawyer I used to depend upon for questions like that is no longer available. OTOH, I already know my country is crazy. I have assumed for now that in my city at least I cannot own one personally, but private firms offering security services probably can own them after jumping through a few hoops.
