My Profession

Every organization will develop "professional" titles,  even if they are not formalized.  Most of the time they will simply be expanded versions of some current title,  such as management,  accounting,  director,  etc. However,  I can imagine situations where super organizations require specific titles for specialized roles. Let's get our creative juices flowing and work on making some (possibly all) these different roles.  The more traditional roles will also be available,  but let's put in something that makes them nontraditional.

I kinda like "Inhuman Resources" myself.

The problem with that, though is that it is an unequal terminology if there are Humans in the  organization, with a pejorative connotation.  You would have Academics fainting all around the Universities over that one.

That depends on if the Inhuman Resources work for the organization willingly or not. Inhuman Resources could always mean taking advantage of resources deemed not human, and this human rights do not apply to them.

I used to have business cards that said I was a “Specializing Consultant”.  Occasionally someone would ask me why, and I’d tell them “Because “Salvage Consultant” was already taken,”

Don’t worry, nobody else got it either.   Some jokes are just for me.
