It wasn't a bank error but we gave him the money back. Unfortunately, we accidently gave the total back twice. So instead of being rebated $93, he was rebated $186. One of our departments caught some of this and placed a charge on his account for $62. The guy simply did not understand that it was because we gave him more money than we charged him. I met Vanessa who was the cover for Britannia and gave her a copy of the pic that Storn did. Storn got from me the scanned autograph of his Britannia pic.
