What costume would they wear? Or, if the hero has a public ID, they can be invited as well. Show up in your normal costume, something different, or a mix of the two? Well, Enforcer would probably go for Lawrence of Arabia, Cyrano DeBergerac, Zorro, or a Pirate...something that ladies would find sexy, but not so "mundane" as a Vampire. Gwendolyn (Champions Tinkerbelle) would either wear something traditional like a witch or something really wacky (can't think of anything), this would all depend on how Halloween was describe to her. Anything she would wear would be done so with great enthusiasm. Vera (7th Sea Vodace a.k.a. Italian) has in the past worn a El Vago (or Zorro) outfit, but that wasn't her idea. Since her sister would probably be wearing something exotic maybe from China if she had the option, so Vera would probably pick something from the local scenery that was a tough/combative costumer. If they were in France she would chose a Mustketeer. Either that or pick something extrememly alluring and feminine. Just to screw with people's heads. Corona Actually I had already decided that she would be attending any Halloween festivities dressed as Honor Harrington, completed with cat attached to the shoulder. Thrum Depending on her budget for costuming she would be either 1: Slave Girl Leia or 2: A night elf in the skimpy style of Sentinel armor. Jaguar Pequino would surprise everyone she hangs out with (either in civilian or hero ID) by showing up in an elaborate Carnival costume complete with huge feathered mask and skimpy sequened clothing. And of corse a long heavy cloak to keep her Brazilian bod warm as anything under 80 degrees is a cold wave as far as she's concearned. Last Halloween Great Beyond, as a civilian went as one of her other teammates (which got a bit weird when everyone in the city got hit with the "Become what you dressed as" ray). As it is for fun I think that "St Barbara" would turn up in a "barbie doll" outfit, complete with appropriate makeup to make her look like a real live Barbie Doll. Being 6'3" tall and metal kind of limits your costume potential. Starmite would go as Foxbat, his best friend. And of course Foxbat would then go as Starmite. They like to play live action Champions with Foxbat being the Villain and Starmite being the Hero. Starmite is the Ultimate Superfan. Jake the Troll - The decision between ninja or pirate would haunt him until the last minute, and he would foolishly attempt to go as both. Unfortunately, this would cause a genre/anti-genre reaction, and both costumes would anahiliate each other. At this point he'd panic, and probably dye one of his animal forms a wierd color (he can transform into common household or farm animals) and go as a jusenko-cursed victim from Ranma 1/2. Icon - who has dressed up as Supergirl every Holloween since she was in kindergarten, would go as...Supergirl. Shinji Miromoto - The Shadow, mainly because he thinks it would be ironic. Sonic Eagle) would likely come in a different outfit because everybody knows he's Sonic Eagle and coming dressed like that is rather unoriginal. Mick Calloway (A.K.A. Lab Rat) might just drop in with his costume and without the Holographic image inducer on. hopefully, following proper comic-book conventions, people might think it's cool animatronics instead of Lab Rat for real (that'd be his story). Sachiko Miyazaki (A.K.A Kitsune) would probably wear a specially alterred kimono and let her three tails show from a specially made hole in the robe. Otherwise, she'd take a human-like form and focus effort on making the tails "act" limp so they look fake. However they managed to invite Renn Fox (A.K.A. Reinard the Fox), he'd probably have a hard time picking out a costume. Legally, he does not exist, so buying one is out of the question. Going in the way he normally dresses is not much of a costume. And going in with nothing at all (afterall, cartoon animals are clothing optional) could have some embarrassing after-effects. He'll probably paint over his ownfur and scrunch his muzzle in and go as a raccoon. After the party, he'll just take a shower to get the extra coat of paint off (like in the cartoons, where a paint-job comes off when one gets drenched). Uncle Slam isn't much for costume parties, but if it's an "official function" I suppose he'd attend, likely dressed as something that wouldn't involve shaving his beard. So maybe moses. Anthem would dress up as Robin. Since she doesn't have lots of firepower and does have plenty of acrobatic skill she always wanted to be either Cap or Batman's sidekicks, were they really to exist in her universe (which they don't). Blackjack is an inventor/gadgeteer with a penchant for pop culture quotes, so he'd probably pick an appropriate cinematic character to dress as. Immediate candidates would include Indigo Montoya, Indianna Jones, Jack Burton, Buckaroo Banzai. Or he'd do something technical & wacky. Hooking up a holotank to his combat computer and reprograming it to become Max Headroom for the evening, while he dresses as secondary character from the show would be in character. He HAS, in previous years, programmed the Danger room to become the ultimate haunted house. Halloween brings out his more, uh, immature side, maybe a bit too much. The chance to play with realistic holograms at halloween is an almost overwhelming urge. "But, but...it'd be COOL, that's why I want to do it!
