Your Character/Game Equation

Something I read a while back said that all movie characters or movie plots can be expressed as another character or movie, plus a different one (an adjunct to the old 'there are no original ideas left'). For example, Superman + Dawson's Creek = Smallville.

For example, my Teen Champs character Vixen is something like

Ben 10 + London Tipton*.

So, just for one of those games that pop up every now and again ... what's your character, or game, equation? Use as many terms as you wish. :)

*Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Insert any shallow rich girl from any media you may be more familiar with.

Well, tho he has sadly yet to see any playing time, I'll start with

my powered armor character Sekkou: Iron Man + Greg Sanders

(from CSI) + Peter Parker = Peter Benedict Clinton (aka Sekkou)

Steve Urkel? Plus Booster Gold? Sweet Jesus. And your fellow players haven't killed you* yet?

*You, not the PC...

He didn't have Urkel's annoying mannerisms and voice, but he was a skinny adolescent engineering geek looking to get rich through superheroics.

Re: Your Character/Game Equation

Millennium is based on Joseph Campbell's The Hero With a Thousand Faces. If you want the High Concept, Lancelot plus Superman.

Cheeta A speedster who uses his armored gauntlets to catch bullets in mid aid. Quicksilver + Wonder Woman.

Snow Leopard Her parents are Wolverine and Storm. Need I say more?

Iron Will More complicated tham most. Original inspiration was Calvin (of Calvin and Hobbs) and the question, "What if Calvin could change Hobbs into a living, breathing, biting, clawing Tiger when he was in danger?" Then the wheelchair bound genius aspect was stolen from a homage to Heinlein's story "Waldo." That his gadgets could not be reverse-engineered because they were magic made him a techno-mage, like Forge. Then his speech patterns were inspired by Stevie Kenarban, the asthmatic Black kid on Malcom in the Middle. So Stevie Kenarban + Calvin + Waldo + Forge.

Dolphin Ghandi + Superman

First time I saw that was in the movie "The Player"

Scales = Thing + Dr. Strange

Re: Your Character/Game Equation

A handful of characters:

Lab Rat = Jyrras* - that particular love life + Mr. Fantastic - elasticity

Reinard the Fox = Batman + Bug Bunny + classic cartoon indestructability

Liberty Lash = Lady Heather** + Captain America -sheild

Gunner = Sawa*** - being abused by boss + Hamtaro****

* From DMFA, http://www.missmab.com

** From a few episodes of CSI

*** From Kite, a bad H anime my brother rented out of curiosity once.

**** Kid's anime.

Some Game ideas I had:

VG Heroes = Reverse Captain N + 1990s action cartoon conventions

Star Mice = Rats of NIMH***** + Star Trek

BEACONs of the Night = Ultimate Avengers + Darkstalkers

***** You may opt for any cartoon focused on mice/rodents living beneath the notice of humanity.

Re: Your Character/Game Equation

Plutonicman is a Superman clone w/ a Colossus-like transformation into 'organic plutonium'... and a Hulk-like origin story. His base human form (Henry "Hank" Jones) was visually inspired by the hard-hat wearing human characters from the old Transformers cartoon.
