Re: Poison's Champions Art Thread

Thanks Nagisawa, I've been trying to improve my storytelling composition, as well as my inking. Hopefully I am improving. :)

I can see a change in my style over the last 6 months, not sure if it is for the good or not, but it has changed nonetheless. heh heh.

I find when I just slow down, and think about the details/composition more and do more planning up front, the drawing comes out better and faster. Go figure?(

Poison, I've also noticed the changes in your work (at least from when you initially started posting here). Personally, I definitely feel your works improved!

Keep up the good work!

Anita Blake is a fictional character written by Laurell K. Hamilton. She's a necromancer from Saint Louis. She also does vampires, and other were-critters.

Diana Tregarde is a fictional character written by Mercedes Lackey. She's a psychic who deals a lot with the super-natural.

American authors aren't popular in Canada?

What's a Dwyer VLE?

Anita Blake books go from supernatural adventure to pornography. The first 5 or 6 are actually interesting, perhaps a few further, and then they turn into mostly porn with a tiny bit of story to it. Disappointing, as I enjoyed all the vampire slayings, werewolf smashing, zombies, and otherwise. From there, its a parade of ever increasing girth and length in macabre detail until your brain explodes. All good for those who want that, but not exactly what drew me into the series to start. *sigh*

Sorry, meant the O'Dwyer VLe, an experimental electrically firing gun produced by the Australian company MetalStorm and featured in John Ridley's Soledad "Bullet" O'Roarke novels. Wiki links:
