It's a one-shot Champs adventure, including charsheets for 3 teams of villains (9 total!). I first ran it at a con in 2001, then I wrote it up as a full-blown adventure a few years later. Feel free to use it as it is or as inspiration. Repost elsewhere if you like, just make sure to credit me. And let me know if you decide to run it!
