Tech
Recently in the campaign has been a growth in heros & villains who use water powers. It's actually something of a surprise. Now, I'm getting asked for ideas for water powers. So, I thought I'd throw this out to the bazillions of players out there to give your suggestions. Ninja-Bear
Well there is telekiness, extra limb, stretching, turn desolid, or partial - damge resistance or reduction. Life support. NND EB-drowning or make it a RKA! force wall or force field..Energy with double KB of course! You can even justify a straight RKA, water under pressure can cut. Hyper-Man
Water powers can typically be grouped 2 ways: either be like magneto except control of H2O instead of metal or be like Sandman/Plastic-Man/Clayface with the ability to turn INTO water.. assault
Growth. (Especially for the turn into water types). Flight. (Steam, water vapour).
segerge
Steam can kill as well, especially under pressure. Something to keep in mind for your watermorphs. (or should that be hydromorphs?)
SteelCold
A common trend these days is to link water with ice powers or to create water elementals that does all the work for you.
steriaca
Best source of water powers is the anime/manga Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. First is the fight of the Stardust Crusaders vs N'Dool and his stand Geb of Earth (which, oddly, is water in nature as oppose to it's name). In the story, Geb rips a man's head off and stuffs it into a canteen, creates semi-solid claws of water capable of slashing eyes, piercing metal, and creating guysers, amoung other effects. Ok, the second person in Jojo which uses water as a weapon is Angelo and jis stand Aqua Necklace. This stand can control a person's mind by entering there body and merging with that body's liquid. It can also destroy any person from the inside by merging with there liquid and punch through the body. Also Aqua Necklace can use steam as well as water (or milk or blood...) So, in short, watch Jojo. Get inspired by Jojo. Look at Heavy Weather's rainbows. Become a snail. Repeat.
Nothere
Who needs ice golems? I have water golems. Desolid is obvious, but any sort of armor works. Instead of bouncing off the bullets pass through.
SteelCold
Don't forget Life Support otherwise you'll risk drowning whenever you're transforming into water form.
Doc Democracy
It all depends on how deeply you want to get into the SFX. If you think that humans are 90% water then you could control people's movements, you could draw all the water out of someone, mess about with the fluid in ears to cause dizziness, sap the water in eyes to cause blindness. So many things that directly affect folk. Doc
BoloOfEarth
There can also be characters who are more powerful in water. (Say, the character can throw a 10d6 water Blast, or up to 14d6 if in a large body of water.) On the upper end of the power scale, one could create a tidal wave to threaten a city. On the lower end, fog / clouds (either as Change Environment or Darkness). Dispel on tech. Electronics don't always do well when soaked. Guns can't fire if the gunpowder in the bullets is saturated with water.

Cassandra
A common trend these days is to link water with ice powers or to create water elementals that does all the work for you. Actually cold could also be a vulnerability as the character would turn to ice and lose most or all their powers.
Kesedrith
The move The Abyss also shows some nice use of "water powers."
