They are anonymous, they look more like a clean suit, and they make the group seem less like bad guy agents than just scientists. The more modern artistic takes on the Bee Keeper really emphasized the "clean suit" aspect, and made them seem almost functional. Though what I really liked about the lengthy AIM reinvention, was that there were clearly different types of AIM guys, some very much engineers and scientists, and not just generic, gun toting thugs. You actually got to see AIM doing super-science in a way that, other than MODOK, never really was shown in past Marvel stories.

They can't see the targets.

I've been thinking that most henchmen are Normals with a EB 10d6, OAF.
Christopher R Taylor
I usually cap mooks with 9 damage classes except for experimental weapons (like that 1-shot 12d6 11- activation gun with an explosion side effect), usually 8 DC for their attacks. Matt the Bruins
Is Miss America Chavez actually Hispanic these days? That was my original impression, but her backstory is so weird I'm not sure anymore. (And despite loving the character in Gillen and Ewing's hands, I'm not going near her current Identity Politics 101 lecture series book.) I always liked Kimoyo Hoshi (the new Dr. Light) from back in the 80s. And became fond of Rictor in his X-Factor run.
