Re: OCV Bonuses and Penalties the OCV penalty would be bought by the target, (as opposed to DCV bonuses) so that it would still be in effect when the target it at 1/2 DCV or 0 DCV.

I was looking at the vehicle size table, and noticed the OCV bonus column. For a moment I asked myself why isn't it a DCV penalty. Then I realized that as an OCV bonus, it doesn't get reduced when the target id at 1/2 DCV of 0 DCV. This made me think. Characters should be buying OCV penalties - or selling OCV bonuses, rather than DCV to represent being a different size to normal. I have come up with a quick figure of 10 points per OCV penalty. Is there any real problems with this idea?

This would give the floor as (CHAR - 10) and this would effectively raise the Characteristic Maximum by the new level (to CHAR + 10). In 6E you no longer have to worry about CHAR as Power affecting figured Attributes
