Orc were one of the first military projects executed in the early 90s. The goal was to make a soldier that felt no pain so that they could continuing to fight after taking damage. Orc's sense of sent was augmented so they could smell their own wounds to avoid infection. Orcs have a 3 spd with combat training and 3/4 damage reduct to stun.
