This may fall under a how too but: If you use the multiform from USPD (awesome by the way) as a mimic, how do you gain the ability to use it over and over. Your write up has up to 8 forms, Do you just buy 2x forms?

Ok maybe I just never thought of it this way, but. It was mentioned that armor by it's nature is invis. So IF this is true would it mean that if you buy armor this isn't just your tough skin you would be entitled to the Visible power limitation? Assuming it's not focused of course

take the limitation side-effect. Could work for it. Character doesn't take damage or such but it's obvious that he's been there

Well as of now Prof X, Beast & Wolverine are the support/teachers. Wolvie can easily be the martial arts instructor. I will also be adding in other Xmen NPC's as well as my own NPCs. I'll be using both Marvel characters, DOJ/Hero characters and my own. I've debated adding in Banshee & Emma Frost to the teachers list and then add Siren to the Character list. Still have a few write ups to do. Waiting to do Rogue till I ket th USPD. Only problem is my FLAG can't seem to get one ordered.

You could always take a small pool to get the feel of how many would purchase them, even at the higher price than the previous packs. Give you atleast a idea if it would be worth it or not.

I'm not overly familar with the Ultimate series and I know my friends aren't for a fact. I liked the concept of everyone being teenagers. I informed everyone they would be 14-18 their choice. Figured I could add in highschool fun along with the reset. Besides gives me another excuse to run School Holidays

I can see that, I'd treat it as an advantage the more I think about it. OR force him to put a limitation on any time he uses an advantage. BUT, I'd elimate some like charges. I'd allow charges only if it remained in force. So 3 times per day would remain no mattter the advantage. So that he'd only get 3 varible punches a day, IF he had picked charges as the varible limitation

I have no problem with the concept. While I haven't seen the latest installment of PRIMUS, then who has, I like the idea of a level between agent and Silver Avenger. I've always liked PRIMUS and use it much more than UNTIL. A member of the main NPC hero group I use, has a feud going with the Golden Avenger. He's usually refered to as that arrogant a**, they just don't get along

I've seen a hero with the Psych Limit: Short Attention Span. It was fun to watch, basicly every post 12 he had to make a EGO roll to continue with the fight or find something else to do I gave it to a low intel brick villian I worked up. It was a riot to watch the looks on the heroes faces when the guy quit destroying the town to go watch the ships in the harbor

Well you could have him work up two powers. 1 is varible advantage on STR, the other Varible Limitation on Str. I would think this is definately a only with GM ok. As a GM I wouldn't have a problem with it. I think it would work alright, He could have a Area Effect Str one time, Ap on it the next but have them Stun only.

I'd have to say that I think the best way would be a large multi-form. Covers him and the opponent. SFX is he leaves his body and then enters them. Either way he's a tricky one.

The only problem I had was me on stupidity. I order one thing and preordered at the same time. So of course they waited till both came in to ship

Here's a nice weird question, just to try and keep you on your toes. Would it be legal to work up a character with a changing multiform. What I mean is that the character has only one other form but it can change. I assume this would have to include a advantage of somekind, most likely around the +1-11/2 range. Basicly I was think of working up Rogue in this manner, but wasn't sure of the legality of it.

I had debated on having magic using characters, be it mage, cleric or bard, have a End Reserve. All spells would have to come from them and they could only recover in a Mana area. I have several spots in my world that are mana dead. I have since decide that Spells work of any mana not just those the caster has. So as long as the spell is being cast in a Mana area it will work. The caster spends end to show the strain f casting a spell. Items with out charges work the same way. Your +2 sword is only +2 in a mana area. Healing potions that have 4 charges however are different. Weapons are designed to use the mana in the area to work. Potions and such have the mana put into them when their made. The won't go away until the mana is used up. Now anti-magic shells will prevent them from working, being a surpression, but a mana dead area will do nothing to the item.

Well I have them pay for all the abilities of the race. I have to admit even in D&D I always thought it was a bit unfair to those who decided to run a human that the non-human races had an advantage for free. Oh! there were level resriction but I don't know anyone who used them. As for FH. IF you think it's unfair for non-human to pay for all their abilities you could give them a price break or extra points, something along those lines.

Well I'm not sure if it's legal or not but I was thinking of buying her a multiform. The limitations would be that she has to touch a subject, duration, only to the level of the subject, no control, will change with any skin-skin touch etc. The give her a custom advantage that the multiform is changeable. (+1/2 or 3/4). The link a stun on EB to the form to reflect what it does to a person. Also link a drain or surpression of powers. She'll be expensive regardless. I was also going to go with the Evolution/movie concept where she doesn't have MS. Marvels powers. Still haven't figured out if her powers would grow or not. I mean I gave Colossus about what his final PD/ED will be because I don't figure his skinn will get harder as he gets older. I mean it might a little bit but not huge amounts. So the same goes for rogue, will her drain get more powerful or is it at full power when it manifests. Still working on things
