assault
OK, we can draft real people, and it's set in the present day, so what about people who aren't alive any more? I guess they could be immortal, undead or displaced in time. Rumours of their deaths are likely to be highly exaggerated. Hmm, but why would ????? and ???? be immortal? Maybe... Or I could go with Plan B...

It's magic, so absolutely! They could be ghosts, time travelers, simulacrums, there are a host of possibilities.
Logan D. Hurricanes
It has come to my attention that "Dean" has a different meaning in different countries and different institutions. Allow me to clarify. I intend this definition: Dean is a title employed in academic administrations such as colleges or universities for a person with significant authority over a specific academic unit. Other titles include Department Head or Chair (I think my dad used Chair as his title). You may use any terminology you want for your department, it all means the same thing here. Similarly, the highest authority in the institution may be called president, chancellor, principal, provost, headmaster, or rector. This is for someone to determine with an option pick (title and person). I know our board is international and I should have acknowledged that from the beginning. Logan D. Hurricanes
I'm still trying to formulate my own plan, and the real people angle has some fascinating possibilities. I'm imagining Carl Sagan as Dean of the Astrology department, which Cancer would obviously be part of. (Maybe as a grad student!) The Summoning department features Dr. Steve Irwin and his crocodile familiar. Elvis, of course, but so many musicians could head up the Enchantments dept., but few would be as good as Prof. Gaga. I think I finally have my plan (not one of these) but there's still a lot of time to reconsider.
Bazza
As astrology is an a priori science, having the dean be a well known a posteriori scientist would be interesting. And if Sagan got picked, you could go with a certain German Albert.
Logan D. Hurricanes
Important note: Let's keep real world politics out of this one. Don't draft any living politicians. No matter where you put them, it could be misconstrued, so let's leave them out. Hermit, Pariah and DShomshak 2
Hermit
This maybe something all of you know about, but if you are looking for a source of buildings and sites to import onto the university, take a study group to, or whatever... You might take a look at Atlas Obscura Loads of whacky locales/buildings that have inspired some of my gaming before and might also be of use in this draft Logan D.
