Pariah
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Today I present not someone from Egyptian lore, sorry, but the final core member of O.R.C.A. (the Ocean Rescue and Conservation Armada): He had a happy if ordinary life as a dockworker in his hometown. One day there was an explosion on the docks. Many of his friends and co-workers were killed, and he was badly scarred. But it wasn't just a mundane chemical that had caused the explosion, it was a highly advanced (and banned) mutagenic compound. The accident left him effectively immortal, but also eternally unchanging--his scars, including the one that ran the length of his face, would never heal. He was consumed with rage. That's where Killer Whale stepped in. By blaming unscrupulous corporations that shipped dangerous chemicals without adequate safety precautions for his new condition, Killer Whale was able to give him a target for his rage. He now fights as Killer Whale's most loyal, if not most stable, servant: Barracuda! Next up: Agents of O.R.C.A.!

The Arc
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Crackshot Here's an idea I've been playing around with, especially after reading some novels by Jasper Fforde. Crackshot is a mercenary with a conscious. His real name is Loganberry (Logan for short) Finn. He's a PDR (Person of Dubious Reality), in that he's the son of Huckleberry Finn.
