The Innumerati: A very large ad-hoc group of conspiracy theorists. They have the straight dope on every conspiracy on the face of the planet. Unfortunately, they have "the straight dope" on an equally large number of conspiracies that they think are real but aren't. Under the right circumstances they can be a great help to the caped community, but only for those "capers" who can discern which conspiracies are really real, and not just Innumerati folklore. Bodkins Odds
Re: Super Zeroes Are they the Innumerati because there are so many of them or because they can't do arithmetic? Their other power is that when you get more than three of them together they become impossible to keep track of.
Evil Steve
Re: Super Zeroes The Dis-functionary! He causes minor social gaffs at formal events such as introducing honoured guests in the incorrect order, mis-pronouncing the name of an important person, or making an off the cuff remark that is itself harmless, except that some important person has reason to feel uncomfortable upon hearing it, and most around them know why. The gaffs are minor enough that no-one needs to comment on them, nor is an immediate apology required, but it casts a shadow of awkwardness over the event, in practical terms, causing penalties to any social skills. This power only works at events with a well known social protocol such as governmental receptions, wedding dinners, or dedication ceremonies. OddHat
Re: Super Zeroes The Booze Hound. A lycanthrope who transforms into a beagle whenever he consumes alcohol. Not much good in combat, but he can track reasonably well, and can communicate with dogs. Not control them; just communicate, about as well as any dog. Cookiepuss. A cat with complete telekinetic mastery over all cookies. Not cakes or candies, but all cookies. Might actually prove sort of powerful in an odd way, except that the Cookiepuss is only a cat. She has the perspective, intelligence, insight, and planning ability of a somewhat brighter than average American short hair.

The Weapon
Re: Super Zeroes The Watchman Knows what time it is without a watch (Absolute Time Sense). Can not use his power in Chicago due to a psychological limitation ("Does anyone really know what time it is, does anyone really care?") There was a movie about a guy who could do that. He was a clockmaker and the Nazis wanted to know how he did it so they tortured him. He didn't know. Eventually they sent him to a firing squad but before they shot him he pointed out that it wasn't the stated execution time yet. While the German officer was waiting a resistance bomb blew up the wall of the prison and killed the firing squad and he escaped. Don't know much about the film as I only saw the last 10 minutes or so.

BoloOfEarth
Re: Super Zeroes The Enlarger Tim Russell isn't a very big guy, but he always wished he could be. Perhaps that has something to do with his strange ability to make anything he touches (other than himself) 10-20% larger. The longer he touches something and concentrates, the longer the enlargement will last. (If he manages this for a consecutive 24-hour period, the process becomes permanent.) Power Girl denies rumors that he is her personal masseuse, though when asked, Tim gets a wistful look on his face.
Asperion
Re: Super Zeroes Bubble Gum Lad - This person has the ability to expand in size several times, just like bubble gum. The problem is that to make the expansion, some else needs to chew him and blow him up as though he were a piece of bubble gum. While in this expanded form, he has no control over where he goes as he will bounce off of solid structures, respond to pushes, whatever will make him move in some direction.
