The Wild Hotdogger is athletically gifted and has a super-extraordinary capacity to resistant pain and injury. Not particularly evil nor particularly greedy, he employs his powers and skills more an anarchic, thrill-seeking prankster than an arch super-villain. He is very friendly and doesn't hold grudges against heroes and law enforcement agents who feel it is in their duty catch him. Consequently, he is surprisingly well liked by even those that face off against him and has a fan club made up of the same kind of people who watch Jackass and Punked. Oh here it is in my other pants:) A lot of the Wilders like to be big and splash, but there is one prefers to not be noticed. The one known as Slip was rasied in a violent house where his three brrothers thought that being the ones dishing out the beating was the way to survive. Slip found it easier to just not be noticed. Once they had a target for their aggression neither his father or brothers bothered him. So he wa always somewhere else at the right momnent. When protective services came to collect his brothers, Sliop was nowhere to be found. On the streets he met up with the Wilders. At first he was just a scout, but now the Wilders have shown him how to really move. And he's started to put those skills to use. Now that he hyas a means to escape when notice.d, Slip has gone out on timed crime sprees. See how many windows he can break in a half hour. See how long it takes to steal 50 wallets. And now he's started in on the ultamaite challenge,.. See how liong it takes to steal six cops badges. New grioup the Counil of Knives. THe Iron Duke knows he dosen't havve what it takes to conquer the world. So he has settled on becomeing the power behind the throne of state goverment. To do that first he must take over the city. Unfortunatlythere are two many competing forces in the underworld. And suerheros and cops are using that disunity to come out on top. So the Iron Duke has approached five ambitious villians. Simple bank robbers need not apply. Each talented and with a driving goal, but not one that directly conflicts with the others. Together they have formed the Council of Knives. With the powered armored wearing Iron Duke in charge. THe group aids each other and works towards taking over the city to move on towards the state. But none of them have any loyaltiy to each other. Each knows that the alliance is only temporary, but is too useful to disband. Hence the Council's motto. Today the world, tomorrow each other. William "Big Bill" McGowan was born large and strong and spent his whole life enhancing his strength and exploiting it to his own advantage. At first, he started out innocently enough as a professional weightlifter and bodybuilder until he was exposed for doping. Disgraced yet still obsessed with strength, he fell in with the Irish Mafia as a bodyguard and eventually as an extortionist. He loved his job but was still obsessed with strength and now easy wealth and personal power. One day, a super-hero called the Cardinal decided to give his mob a visit and managed to bring the entire family down. The only reason Big Bill escaped was because he was out of town doing on business. Without support or a steady income, he was desperate and heard word on the streets that a supervillain named the Odious Man was looking for henchman, and Big Bill decided to apply and was accepted. The Odious Man then gave Big Bill an offer he couldn't refuse. He offered to use genetic engineering to enhance his strength which Big Bill happily accepted. He went through the experiment which not only enhanced his strength to super-human proportions but allowed him to grow in height at will, and he used his power to aid the Odious Man in one of his many attempts to control the city which resulted in a battle with a super-team named the Regulators. At the climactic end of the battle, Big Bill was caught in an explosion caused by a stray hit to the Odious Man's death ray. Big Bill was presumed dead but was only badly injured and managed to escape once again. While recovering from his injuries, he had an epiphany. He should start his own mob, but to do that, he needed a plan and funding. For funding, he started hiring himself out as a mercenary to the highest bidder. With that funding, he met and hired other super-villainous mercenaries and hired them to form teams and unions and using stolen technology and additional funding he formed highly trained and armed mercenary units and expanded from there to this day. Now, he is the guy to go to if for arms deals, information gather, and contracting agents, assassins, and supers for illegal operations. He is even known to take on cases personally when it suits him. Recently, he had been contacted the Iron Duke to join the Council of Knives, and liking the idea, not only did Big Bill join. The mercenary known as simply as Bowie has been working to take control of the drug trade in northern MX/southern US for his own benefit for the last few years. With the forming of the Council of Knives, Bowie joined, giving him a better edge (pun?) to taking over. Apparently, like Claymore, he was genetically altered (but by gov't, and with certain animal attributes, chiefly chameleon DNA, and other animals for their particular enhanced senses) Note: Bowie knife, since we are on sharp things kick with this team. Rumour has it the man known as Gladius used to work for the Mafia as a hitman until he got too ambitious and took out an unauthorized target. He eagerly found work with the Iron Duke. A prototype suit stolen from the US Army grants him invisibility. His cover story is complete BS. Gladius' "former" gang heard about the rise of the Iron Duke and his plans and wanted someone on the inside to spy on him. However, what the Mafia doesn't know is Gladius is deep undercover for the FBI and is now spying on both the Duke AND the Mob. As for his invisibility, it's actually a mutation -- the supposedly stolen bodysuit just provides armor and generates a personal force field for extra defense. Rumors presist about physical and sexual abuse, and even rumors of her being a living gunie pig for her fathers experments (which might also explain her powers). Freddy Someplace, aka the Finder was created when Fiction Maker read of "Jenny Everywhere"* He gave Freddy the ability to find anythig by just taking it from some other place in the Multiverse(s). To do so he jsut opens a portal, grabs into it, and pulls the item out. He knows if the object will work under the existing world rules (if it is compaible with the physics and if it needs magic/malfunctions under magic), always picks a save source and knows how these items function. Unfortunately he can only have so many shifted items here at once and sooner or later he has to send them back.
