Now picture a cow standing over the map, facing west. The cow leans down to graze on the orchards of British Columbia and the grains on the Prairies (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba). Its udders lie over Ontario and Quebec, who skim off all of the cream. And it is best not to think of what happens to Atlantic Canada (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland). Truly, a picture is worth a thousand words! * A drama teacher?
