  5. Depending on what they do they can be used simultaneously. See my rookie Spider-Man in the Download section for an obvious example with his webshooters. HM

  7. I've played Amber using Fantasy Hero with hit Locations before the diceless rpg was created and Zelazny was still writing the Merlin series. My character was the son of Benedict and had 8 CSLs w/swords among other things. It didn't imbalance the campaign. It just depends on the players, characters & campaign. HM
  8. There is a definite opportunity cost for Flash if he does this since it effectively locks out 1 of his 2 possible VPP slots. Is acting @x2 normal but @1/2 power worth it? HM

  10. Not really. They only work with longswords. Not short swords, bastard swords or any other type of attack. If 1 point PSLs are purchased for an even more unique weapon then Disarm becomes that more effective. HM
  11. No. All PSLs can be used vs whatever location the character targets with each attack. HM
  12. I think the minimum active cost of a CSL with limitations is 5 points. HM

  16. T Hugh you are correct that I have never played the character. I constructed all of the vpp slots with the intent that they're almost always using 60 active or at least 40 real. It is also intended to functionally be used like a multi power. In the case of the +6 speed the assumption is therefore that it's only to double his default 6 so as to keep this very question as simple as possible. The other question is when does he regain access to the vpp points assigned to this slot when he drops back to a 6 speed? Is it the same as the speed change or is it an extra phase? Using this slot basically has lockout built in. HM
  17. Barry is a normal person with a 2 speed. His connection to the Speedforce (Unified) gives +4 speed for a total 6 speed under normal circumstances. He has a vpp that allows 2 60 active point abilities to be used simultaneously. One such slot is + 6 speed that costs end to activate (Providing a 12 total speed). HM
  18. I'm not sure where you got 4 + 6 = 10. I was referring to the flash build, not superman. Note that the bonus SPD costs END to activate as well. The question I haven't dug into yet is how long it would take to access 'odd # Phases'. I only have smart phone access at the moment. HM
  19. I'm curious to hear the Collective's opinions on how that should work for a speedster with a 6 SPD normally and a +6 SPD in a framework slot. No books or PDF available at the moment.   20. APG1 has a Stunning option for Change Environment which can be customized for effectiveness and duration. I believe healing can be used to remove the Stunned condition. HMi
  21. I'd have to check the rules to be sure but I think that has too many elements. If not then 5 definitely. HM
