    I'd go with a Computer Follower(perks)
as the "Man in the Chair" assisting the PC with added skills

Can the alien sentience take over the armor if the character is knocked out?
if so then I would add a multiform where the armor is a robot character with defenses and LS Usable Simultaneously to protect the KO'ed character
then the suit does more to get the character to safety, than continue the fight

EDIT:  heck, we can go with something incredibly classic....NO ONE seems to connect that Clark Kent is Superman?

They have done a decent job of dealing with that over the years, particularly in the Silver Age when they did stuff like have Batman, his good buddy, dress up as Superman to fool Lois Lane.  And I think Chris Reeves did an amazing job showing how it could work.  But yeah after a few decades, even the slowest person would work it out.  But they don't because its internal consistency for comics.

That is the part that too many people don't get: the comics have internal rules that you follow to make them work.  If you start arguing that Batman clearly would be spotted going into the Batcave or whatever, you start to challenge what makes everything hold together and work well.

I absolutely do not recommend that you watch this. You'll suffer SAN damage, guaranteed. You'll question any faith you might still have in the human race. Even knowing this video is linked to Florida won't help. I can only call it...

I thought everyone had to get under the cap at the start of the new league year.  I think there's some other dates where caps come into play...either beginning of camp or opening day...but I'm not sure about those.

This will make your eyes glaze over.

Legion is a bit of a silly concept but honestly it works really well.  When done right it has a strong Manga feel (or, vice versa, I guess, since Legion predates most Japanese comic books).  Yeah the whole "they're all kids with one goofy power and are the galaxy's cops for hire" thing doesn't make much sense, but once you go with it, it works really well.  And some of the best characters in comics came from that -- as well as some of the worst.

Actually, The Legion fits very well with the typical teen hero campaign if you discount the Kryptonians and Daxamites.

They each had a single power, there's plenty of teen angst and romance and while they had less adult supervision, they were more integrated with law enforcement in the form of the Science Police and the United Federation of Planets.

That coyote really is a genius. His schemes to have the roadrunner for dinner were wildly creative. In a just universe they should have worked a hundred times over.

But given that he could afford to buy all that Acme hardware, he could have saved himself a lot of grief if he just ordered takeout.

The hero in Drew's story did too...but solo.  It's a very one-sided interaction;  the rest of the game pretty much can't interact with him.  Drew's story focused on the downside, of the *lack* of true interaction.

And I think it's definitely something that works better in stories than it plays out in a game.

Yes.  The root is a story by H.G. Wells, and only the character's body was visible.  That said...I might still allow Always On, because being naked has physical problems.  It's snowing and 25 degrees.  It's raining.  It's 110 in the shade, and there's no shade...and you want to cross a blacktop road?  Sidewalk and/or road debris.  There's also the disconnect...if you're not fully covered, then anything that should be showing, but isn't...huh?  If you are...this is from the Wikipedia article:

That's excerpted from the character intro...which happens in a snowstorm.  Well...completely hidden by bandages, yet walking upright...that's a disconnect in itself.  But, what about summer?  That much clothing is a big disconnect.

Always On does mean the character can't turn it off under any circumstances, but that doesn't necessarily imply he can't mitigate the problems per se.  It does mean that mitigating it, creates *other* issues.

While this is a bit of crankiness, given the subject matter, I'm putting it here.

I had to drop off a package at the local post office, and I noticed a little stand on the sidewalk, with a big sign saying, "Defend Trump". I was going to ignore them, but as I was getting back into my car, one of them waved me over. Probably not his best idea. After I asked why are we defending a billionaire, his response was, "well, they're trying to take it away."
To which I responded, "Good. He deserves it." I then gave him a short rundown of how he stiffed a company I worked for ("I don't know the details of that"). So, then I explained to him about how Trump Tower was built using undocumented workers. I finished by saying that he is dangerous, should never be near the presidency again, and that he should be locked up. I then wished them a good day, and left. As I was getting back in my car, the gentleman I had been talking to looked like a deer caught in the headlights.

As Hyper-man cites, Change Environment has this as an optional effect.

You can also do this as an Entangle that deteriorates rapidly.

But I think the best way would be as a Presence Attack.

If they're also Desolidified you can affect them.  However, you'd need to either buy Affects Physical World on the Desolidification to make a solid person desolid while you're using it, or deactivate your Desolidification before reactivating it to affect yourself and the target simultaneously.

Grailknight reacted to Christopher R Taylor in How Would You Build: Octopus-like Shapeshifting
If you want a character to just appear to be different things, like the octopus, its just flat out shapeshift, use touch for how its shaped (and thus appears to be formed as) and sight for the colors and believable in pattern etc.

Stretching allows a character to "ooze" through smaller openings, basically you can fit through any opening the size you can make yourself small enough to fit through:

So basically you can fit through small openings by stretching to be longer, for example.  It takes 5 points to be able to do this, each 5 points a doubling you can stretch to.

Shapeshifting allows you to shrink or grow your form slightly, so you might be able to use that to fit through something slightly smaller using that.

Desolidification would work to allow you to fit through anything, stack on some limitations like how it doesn't protect from damage and cannot pass through solid objects and it works.

    Update --

As noted, ARL, the Blood, the Circle, the Wanderers, and the Cult of the Beast are complete. I have made a few edits, but I feel they are done. The Families has grown a bit. It is a 4k words and most of that is a list of notable Families members, each with a short description. I have found a number of character sheets to add to the Families section. A few actual Families members and then a scattering of agents of the Reapers. The file I am working from lists a lot of people, but there is nothing there to work with. After the Families it will be Yooso. For those who own Ninja Hero 4e it is pretty much the same guys, just updated to 6e. In fact, if Dirt (Tsuchi in NH4e) is anything to go by, its the same character sheets, just updated to 6e. We'll see. The Hell Raisers had a lot of members. Like... a dozen or more. And multiple leaders (including Dark Seraph). I decided to present the team as it first appeared (which is also how the team appears in the GURPS Supers adventure School of Hard Knocks). I hope to be done around the end of March.
