And you are right they generally do not use that much leet speak, unless thats the point of the thread. I generally refer to what people like Troll-boy use as Leet-lite. Re: Clean Slate or What Would Your Villain Do? The only villians I have who would be recruited would help out and after the Cabel that could make supers on demand was dead, would kill the rogue scientist and anyone else involved in the project and would set up shop as the new big bad.

If I could shoot flames or lasers out of my body my temper would probably get the best of me sooner or later and I'd hurt or kill someone. And then after you've done something like that then its hard to live with in the law. Your face would be on AMW, at the Post Office, on the nightly news. You wouldn't beable to go to work, or to the store. You'd have to steal things to survive and then you'd start resenting the people after you and so on and so on.

Here is the situation. Your heroes and their teammates have just attacked the fortress of the evil Necromancer. You manged to escape with the key to his ritual that make him powerful enough to slaughter all the inhabitants of the city at the same time, thus allowing him to instantly raise an undead army. One member of your team was captured and the Necromancer has just delivered a message saying you can have them back in exchange for the item you took. What does your chacter do? Does it change anything if they know that if their friend is killed they will become the Necromancer's undead slave? What if they know the Necromaner is not capable of lying or bending the truth and that they really will get back their friend if they agree?

I know that you can make yourself the center of a Darkness field. If Darkness is bought with Usable as an Attack can you make someone else the center of a Darkness field, so that it will follow them where every they go? I'm trying to create a power called Sticks and Stones. It is supposed to make my PC immune to all powers that require Incantations.

Re: Highlander HERO Tkdguy, you are now repped! This is a great resource. The only think I'd change is to remove every single reference to the second Highlander movie. God that was awful. I'll take Jar Jar Binks over that spectacular piece of crap anyday!

Re: Most Feared Disadvantage In the campaigns I've GM'ed players have taken every single Disadvantage. The one they feared the most was a specific Hunted. Hunted by the Overseer, more powerful, NCI, 14-. Nobody could take it at a lesser level and the Overseer was designed when my players kept saying how the wished they could face a villian who didn't have any of the classic flaws. They don't wish that anymore.

In my question 'Figured Characteristics ' I meant extra Characteristics bought with the limitation Does not Add to Figured Characteristics.

When you buy extra Characteristics, specificly STR and DEX. Does the additional STR and DEX add to Leaping and OCV respectivly? I was wondering since Leaping and OCV are not characteristics.

Re: Adult themes in gaming, a rant of sorts Wow. I have got to say I've been gaming for years, with many different people. In some groups I was the only guy, in others there where no women, and in others there was a pretty even mix. I have never run a campaign with a rape in it, I've never played in one and I've never played with anyone who wanted to play out a rape or even play a character who was raped somewhere in their background. Hell if I encountered someone who had his character rape every woman in the game I'd take him outside, give him a beating and send him on his way. Rape is not fun, its not entertaining and people who disagree with me about this have deep seated mental problems.

Re: Do you give out Bases, Group Vehicles, Group Equip etc I've started handing out 40pts that can only be used to make a base, or a follower, or a vehicle. Its worked for me and it hasn't made any of the PCs unbalanced. One of them elected to not take the points just becauseit didn't make sense for him to have a vehicle, or follower, or a base.

Re: Is TK too expensive? First of all, you can apply Ranged to STR the book says it should normaly not be allowed. Second of all, as some people on this board have mentioned allowing BOECV to be applied to TK as a 0 advantage does not unbalance the game. It even makes sense. What form of Telekinesis is not controlled by thought? Pyrokinesis, Hydrokinesis, Magnekinesis (I made that word up, don't call me on it), Aerokinesis. All forms of TK that are not bought as a device are targeted with your mind and not how steady your arm is.

Stephen was engineered using DNA samples from over thirty-seven metahumans. Subjected to a multitude of brain washing techniques over his short life he's got a rather warped point of view. He got out. He's ten years old and strong enough to make Grond think twice about fighting with him, also tough enough to take on Dr. Destroyer single handedly. He does what he wants when he wants and kills anyone who gets in his way.
