Re: GM Question: Social Equity I haven't worked much conventional racism into my game. I have one alien that is known to the public and because he has Distinctive Features, they do indeed roll and on a failure, run, as intended. I've got so much else going on that there's not much point to building a "mutant hysteria" type of thing.

Re: Speed! If I had 6" of movement and a 3 SPD, I'd be running 18"/turn. Non-combat you can double that to 36"/turn. So that's 72 meters in 12 Second. 360 meters/minute. Less than 3 minutes to run a kilometer. (Of course I'm really more a 4" movment, 2 SPD guy. And about 10pts of END.)

Hank McCoy (Beast): Nice guy, clever, spectacular vocabulary, genius level intellect, strong, acrobatic, blue and fuzzy. Thanos: Former villain and would-be assassin of our universe, now on a path toward redemption. While he's powerful, he's dealing with folks on an unbelievable scale (Galactus, his former heralds; The Inbetweener; et al) and thus he has to plan for everything. Frankly, I'm not sure I could do the character justice with the amount of forethought he has most times.

Re: WWYCD: "Bring me to Life" Anthem's mentor would be Paragon, the most powerful hero of my campaign continuity; His guidance has more been advice, tactics, and using your head, because he can't wear his powered suit (He's retired because the suit was killing him). So likely he has used the suit again and an upexected side effect has happened; His body deteriorated but eventually the suit took over for him, keeping him alive. The scenario would actually play out differently; He'd ask that she release him, but the suit would defend him instinctively. She'd have to find a way to defeat the most powerful hero ever with her meager streetfighting powers; And ultimately kill the man who has been like a father to her.

Beast, Hank McCoy. But on the cosmic scale, probably the latter redemptive Thanos would just edge out the Silver Surfer.

Anthem would continue to perform her good deeds in wherever needed, until ultimately she was caught and jailed. Unlce Slam would go into isolation. Outlawing an iconic symbol would not go over well with the public. They'd make a bigger outcry than he ever could.

Re: WWYCD: Dare to be Foxbat Anthem, in foxbat guise, would go through all the odd stuff in the foxbat cave, cringing at the depths of his weirdness, slowly drifting into dementia until at last she would be discovered by someone and committed for several months. At the end of said therapy, would think she was foxbat, much like the classic Elmer Fudd/Bugs Bunny cartoon ("I am Elmer J Foxbat, Millionaire; I own a mansion and a yacht!") Foxbat would attempt to use her throwing stars and throw like a girl (ironically). This would tip off any team member. And then when "she" hit on some of the female team members they'd know for sure.
