I'd expand IHA's scope to anyone who has natural superpowers (that aren't temporarily induced by drugs or whatever) and just run with it. They want to save the world of "normal" human beings from all the "freaks" that seem to be coming out of the woodwork.

None of which matter when the characters in the film treat all of the ultra serious events in the movie like a joke. It's even worse in Love and Thunder. I'm all for humor in these films, but it should be balanced based on the plot. And if the makers of Ragnarök really liked comics...we would have actually gotten The Grandmaster instead of Jeff Goldblum in makeup. UGH!

I live in Michigan which was one of the few bright spots for non reactionaries. Dems took control of both state legislatures and all the progressive proposals passed. Whitmer was retained as governor.

This was to be expected. The GOP and their base have both become radicalized. From a tactical standpoint, it's actually better for the Democrat candidates if all their opponents are loons like this. That's more likely to motivate every non-radical to vote against the Republicans. Of course it will be bad if Republicans like this actually win enough seats in Congress to dictate policy.

As I primarily play games with superhumans...I still use HERO (6th now).

All I know is Black Adam should have been the villain for the second Shazam movie. It appears that they instead made up new villains for the second film...which is pretty silly.
