BoneDaddy
Serial Podcast, episode 9. I didn't get on board until a week ago but I love a good mystery. I wish I'd thought of starting a thread about this podcast. So much to discuss!

BoneDaddy
More K-Pop! Seriously, you need to watch this one for the music video alone. La Rose. It's a melange of paraphilias. That's weird. Real weird. Hell, I'm weird, and that video is WEIRD.

Michael Hopcroft
Babymetal has a lot more on their minds than candy and body image issues. This song is about Japanese mythology. In legend, Kitusne (foxes) are capable of taking human form, and enchanting humans. Some of these even marry mortals, often with tragic consequences. It's isn't out of evil, though -- being alluring is a part of their nature they cannot deny, and they often genuinely return the love of their partners, even though more often than not bad things happen to them in consequence. death tribble
Nothing has changed a double CD of David Bowie. It contains a lot of good Bowie stuff, Ashes to Ashes, Space Oddity, Changes, Life on Mars etc. It does not have one of his big hits of the 70s. This. Also the Awesome Mix Tape from Guardians of the Galaxy.

Nolgroth
In my head (literally on some infinite loop), "Dream a Little Dream" (or at least the part about the birds singing in the Sycamore trees). Michael Hopcroft
For such a simple song, "We Will Rock You" has some surprises. Like the many possible interpretations of the lyrics, or whether Freddie Mercury was satirizing the sorts of fanatical sports viewers who have embraced it so whole-heartedly.
