Re: Cool Guns for your Games

That's "Hello Kitty" hanging from the forward sling swivel' date=' isn't it?[/quote']

Yup.

Indeed it is. It's actually one of the first things I noticed, since my wife has an identical little Hello Kitty chotchke that hangs from her purse...

Personally, I think that kind of detail really makes the image.

It looks too heavy for use by a normal human, and although it's clearly meant to be held like a rifle, it lacks a buttstock. Also it appears that the carbine and grenade launcher systems share a magazine; inconvenient when you're only out of ammo on one of them.

On the other hand, the artist remembered to include not just one, but TWO aiming systems, while lots of fantasy guns don't even have iron sights, and the overall gun appears to be at least usable.

and one that is fascinating, somewhat terrifying, and I am not sure how practical... Imagine vaporizing varmints, with a .45-70!

LOL. Seriously. If I ever get me a .45-70 lever gun I GOTTA get me some of those.

Low recoil, 10 foot muzzle blast... the very idea of a .45-70 CQB round has me all grinnin'
