Egyptoid
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Cosmic Centurions I made some changes I'm thinking of doing some character sheets for them. Sorta Like This: A) The Major Centurions have a true VP.Pool, with enough power to do 3 things at once. l ike 225 to empower three 75 point effects. (Silver Centurion could run four 90 pt powers at once, back in the Silver Age) the minor centurions would have a Multipower, with enough juice to run 2 slots at once. like 130 points to run two 65 point effects C) The villains have a larger multipower at 100, but only one slot at a time (Ultraboy'type difficulty) 4) common to all: several powers such as life support, force field, basic flight; are in the suit. prolly I start a cosmic centurion thread I'm taking a short breather from USA-5O

BobGreenwade
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine I'd be up for a Centurions thread, though I'm not sure how much I'd contribute (at least, for a while).
Pariah
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Sure, I'd love to see a Cosmic Centurions thread. Alas, any contributions I may make will be of either the storytelling/editorial variety, or of the 5th Edition variety. (Don't have 6Ed yet, no idea when or if I'll be getting it.) The Arc
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Sat down last night and watched by Project-Ako: Love and Robots DVD. So I thought I'd try to put together the men in white. Men in White "You're CIA." "You're KGB" and the hilarity ensues.

Egyptoid
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Cyan Centurion! Okay. I'm sorry. You're gonna have to give me some flavor text or justification for this one. Do you guys all log into some chat room behind my back? And giggle up some plan together like "Lets post ludicrous colors and pix and see if Egyptoid will put that in the file!" Puce and Plum and Lavender were close to my breaking point. But I made them villains or whatever. This is my breaking point. This is too silly (IMHO) I call shenanigans. You are not serious. I'm not angry, I'm just saying "Convince me you are not joking around"
bigbywolfe
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Should all the Centurions be strictly humanoid for some reason? They are kind of running out of colors. I don't think it's trying to be ridiculous, it's trying to keep the theme with very limited options (we worked through the regular rainbow months ago)... The Arc
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Actually this one is really an homage, based upon Galius Zed, one of the Green Lantern Corps. And Cyan is a color.

Egyptoid
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine A) there's a LOT of Green Lantern lore out there. I'll be charitable and say that some is more worthy than others. Either that or I just totally forgot Galius Zed. obviously I know cyan is a color. "ludicrous" refers to going way far beyond the seven basic colors of the spectrum, not to cyan itself. IE: Lavender is a ridiculous color, especially on a male superhero. C) I'm not sure where you got the face for him Arc, but it seemed too cartoonish to me. Sorry. I can live with an homage to Galius, but I'm taking liberties with that face.
