You Brits physically abuse your fish?  I hadn't heard of that barbarity before!

Chicken roulade is chicken meat with a filling, rolled up.  Prosciutto and swiss?  Duxelles?  Chopped dried apricots and cranberries and nuts?  Whatever your pleasure.  I typically do a duxelles...mushrooms, with bacon and onion, cooked to evaporate much to most of the moisture in the onion and mushrooms, to intensify the flavor.

But note that chicken breasts are much too thick to roll.......

Pop-Tarts are occasionally a reasonable substitute for food.

I once made an ice cream sandwich with Pop-Tarts:

Chocolate Fudge Pop-Tarts

Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips

Chocolate syrup

It tasted great, but my islets of Lagerhans had to call for military backup.

You wouldn't care to share the source of this delectableness, would you?

(It reminds me of the burgers at 5280 Burger Bar in downtown Denver, but they don't name their burgers that way.  But they were wonderful.  Think I hit them 3 times during the 2018 GABF.)

It was the hotel restaurant, Watertable ( Baltimore Renaissance Harborplace).

Also tried their home-made potato chips with garlic aioli but was too stuffed for dessert either time.

I wanted to try some seafood given where I was, but holy mackerel! The prices were astronomical at all three places I went to. I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Ooh, I've never been there. We may need to look that up for next time we're in Colorado.
